You'd have to look at what was going on when I typed that. Brazil was playing better for a short while in the second half. They easily could have had a couple goals early. Then it slid again. Did you watch the whole game?
Not sure what analysts you are watching but I've not seen anything conflicting with what I said.
Meh.

hellz ya I watched the whole game....
Brazil had three decent chances in the 2nd half..........but against one of the best, if not THE best goalie in the world??....no chance...........but they finally broke thru when it didn't matter.........almost looked like a gift
There was maybe 15 minutes of close to 100% effort played out in the second half.
The German willingness to aggressively press the ball into the box, in the first 20 minutes of a game, was something they didn't do in previous matches.....midfielders were playing 30 to 40 feet up compared to previous matches.
It was the perfect storm.....Germany with outstanding, aggressive one-touch passing, midfield control and solid defending. Brazil down two key players, and horribly exposed as not really elite......at least not this year............which by the way, many of the "experts" have been saying all along, and that was long before Neymar and Silva were out.
I just hope their fans are nice to them in the 3rd place match, should they fall behind in that game as well, which they likely will, because I don't think they can beat Argentina or Netherlands.
