or maybe a guilty pleasure of mine...JEM, rockstar by day, hero by night...

or two ill-concieved cartoons, the New Kids on the Block (essentially a cartoon in which a boy likes the new kids, gets picked on by his friends and then the new kids suddenly appear do a little dance in front of the bullies wowing them with their manliness and great dancing skills and win over the bullies hearts)

or the super all stars (I think it was like Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, and Ken Griffey Jr.)

also no one has mentioned Jesus and the super-friends (or something like that from South Park) Jesus, Joseph Smith, Bhudda, Krishna, and mohammed...all working together to beuild a giant Jon Wilkes Booth to kill the Statue of Abraham Lincoln that magician David Blaine magically animated.

Mr. T was a cartoon character for a bit.

He had cereal, too.
