Ask your doc for the generic Lovanza it is way more potent than anything you can buy and the EPA and DHA ,(Which is what you need from fish oil)is removed from the fish oil so there are no side effects because the actual fish oil is gone. It is Prescriptip though . I buy a 90 day supply thru my Prescription plan for 16 bucks. The results are phenominal. My Triglicerides(the fat in the blood) went from 149 to 60 in 2 months! My LDL went down 40% and it is good for your joints ,skin and hair although Wheel the hair part is too late for you... When it comes to Vitamins and Minerals few can equal my knowledge so you can believe it..

I take fish oil every day and have never once tasted anything bad. I get the CVS brand Simply Right Wellness and Nutrition. It's Fish Oil 1200mg + Vitamin D-3 2000iu. Like I said, not once have I ever gotten a bad taste, burp, etc. and I've been taking it for a few years now daily. Hope this helps.
