Some kickback Hawaiian music:

Sunday Manoa - Guava Jam - a true classic!
Kalapana - a comp of their 1st two albums - takes me back to the mid-70s when they used to play at Top of the Shoppe and this "new" genre of Hawaiian / local music was just starting out. Good times!

Right now - sorta whirring, windy, buzzing kinda noises with occassional beepy noises.

After work, I'll be switching between my Pandora channels - Hotel California channel, Joe Bonamassa channel, and Stevie Ray Vaughn channel. Interestingly, the Stevie and Joe channels are very different in the songs that pop up.

Watching Eric Clapton: Planes, Trains and Eric [Japan 2014] - on Palladia

Awesome acoustic sets, but what's up with changing the lyrics of "Cocaine" to "Dirty Cocaine"? Some sort of Japanese censorship like with the Doors on Ed Sullivan?

I remember when they were a hot group and were very popular here. Worked in the record retail biz when "Joy to the World" came out - still hate that song to this day. [ram27bat]

Hall & Oates - a comp of my favorites from 1973 to 1984 - I always liked their early years better - "Abandoned Luncheonette" was a great album!

I was never a fan of H&O but I've been watching "Live at Darryls House" and absolutely love the guy. I highly
recommend the show.

It would be ok if I was in an all you can eat Indian place gutbusting on curry and tandoori, but I'm in a Starbucks.
