Why no French Toast and no scrapple?

Scrapple originated from the Mid Atlantic and you guys don't have it as a choice.

I went with the SOS, as Sausage and eggs or Scrapple and eggs were not listed.
ALL of the above MUST have fried potatoes as a side.

Omelette (onions, ham, mushrooms and cheese). Hasbrowns crispy, white toast no butter.

WAffles, pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, french toast add bacon are all gross.

Other than some of the local butchers around my town about the best store bought scrapple I've had is Yoders
but you can't get that stuff anywhere near me so I've grown to really enjoy Rappa.

When we would visit family in SC, Saturday breakfast was always fried quail, grits, gravy, biscuit and sliced tomato. I think that might be why most of them had heart attacks. Great breakfast though.
