Today...well, today has been about 37 hours long and it's not midnight yet. My class canNOT stop fighting. More kids in time out than in chairs. Everyone on carpet squares for a nice kids' devotion about how bighorn sheep teach us that WE SHOULD BE FRIKKIN' NICE TO EACH OTHER AND STOP FIGHTING ALL DAY. It was so effective, by the time I finished, I had three children remaining on carpet squares. The rest were in time out spots well out of kicking, pinching, spitting, etc., range of any other human creature in the classroom. As much as I'd love to go home lie under the open spout of a large vat of vino, I have to spin through drive through, grab dinner for princess the younger, and drive 53 miles to a volleyball game.

I had received a warning from the princess Julsiepoo, warning me to use a sacrificial lamb at mail time today. Well...I've missed mail time. Oh darn. I'll call in the bomb threat and deal with it tomorrow - right now I'm going to shed my shoes on the stairs, stagger to my bedroom, collapse on the bed and bellow for wine.
