Yes, there is a sort of line. Whoever is the last one to send cigars gets to ask "who wants to send me smokes". Another person will say they will send them smokes. They PM to exchange info. Tracking number for the smokes being sent is posted. The second person then gets to ask.

And dog rockets are cigars that are compared to what your dog leaves on the lawn. Read the acronym thread, and the newbie thread for more info.
