Will someone explain what this post is about please.

I am looking to send cigars to the troops over seas and I am also looking to negotiation trades for a few opus x cigars. I have a couple dozen padron anniversary cigars I would like to barter with for high end sticks that I have not tried yet. Looking to discuss options with anybody who would be willing to make a deal.

Am I in the right place for either of my purposes??

I am willing to send a dozen or so sticks to the men of the US MILITARY - can someone help me with doing so?

You can send directly to OPftH (Operation From the Heart). It is a small organization that sends packages to military down range.

This box pass is a mix of a regular box pass and a box pass to gather some extra cigars to send to the folks down range. It is closed for sign ups. How it usually works for a box pass is that one person will provide a set number of cigars and sends that to the next person in line. The second person takes a few cigars and replaces it with the same number and quality. The person who initiates the pass will be the one to set the rules......number of players, quality of cigars, theme, etc. Once the list of participants has been gone through, the last person sends it back to the start.

As for the trade.....being new to the forum, you can go to the "discussion" forum and introduce yourself. Then maybe start a thread with your trade request. Being new, you will most likely need to send first on a trade. What Opus are you looking for?

Love the idea of the box pass as well. Too bad it is not accepting sign ups. But anyhow, not really sure what I am looking for in the opus X family. Never had one. I am a Maduro fan noT fond of a Churchill size stick. Like a 50 to 60 gauge. As for you , what padron or pardons would u be interested in? I would trust you by sending first. You Sound like a nice guy and I am not out to take advantage of anybody BTW.

Went to the PO today. I had about 15 min to get done and the guy a couple in front of me is an idiot. He shows up with six letters that need to be sent certified but doesn't have everything filled out. Then on the first one he tries to send, the clerk says that the address is not valid. She tells him the zip code is wrong and it should be a different one. She even tells him what it should be. He says "nope, have to send it to that address." Now she has to go in and override the system. She then informs him that it will just be sent back to him. He says that is fine. With five more letters to go and my 15 min gone, I had to leave.

So, it goes out tomorrow.
