I had a Crenshaw Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Roxie, that was one of the best dogs I ever owned. In the sun she was 'red', but in the shade she was 'black'.

My nieces, when they were very little ... use to bounce on her, ride her, and use her for a pillow ... and give her a heck of a time ... but she never made a fuss about it.

What a sweetheart she was ...

She even tangled with a bobcat up in the Sierra Foothills once ... and got a pretty nasty gash across her neck because of it. But she trotted on back to were we were staying ... pretty proud of herself.
