In the end neither of the "ladies" broke any laws whatsoever. The non profit lady has a great case for a lawsuit, and I'm not sure why the mayor resigned. You can get a permit to have a white power parade at the county clerks office, or burn a flag as long as you aren't breaking any fire codes. It's not illegal to be a flaming racist, it's illegal to act upon a person using racism.
