Just to confirm, what is the preferred shipping method? When I used to send people sticks I would just send standard USPS. Can I still use them? What service gets you a tracking number?

I think whatever is cost-effective & provides a tracking # is fine. I think for some sizes, UPS is cheaper. I like Priority Mail because it cheap to send a SFR box and generally gets to my destination within a couple of days.

Packing is important, IMHO. Shifting cigars = potential for damage. I try to fill up all the space in the box I'm using. SFR boxes are great for shipping 10 cigars snugly with a thin layer of bubble wrap around them.
