Ok guys, wtf.

I tried to check in several times yesterday but got the dreaded 404 so I couldn't post. Bummer.

Now today, my cart is even more jacked up than it was, with orders MISSING that were previously there??

Naturally, I can't get through on the telephone to find out anything. /frustrating

No shipping updates or any emails.

I know a couple things about databases and losing my orders, when they are supposed be on backup, is a bit disconcerting.

Anybody got the skinny???

It's just my noob ass take on things, but things seems to be getting worse rather than better. 🤦

I won a bid Thursday night and got the emails saying that it is shipping. Seems to work alright for me. We will see next week when these should arrive.

Welcome to the NASDAQ cigar futures bidding site. They hold them for three months and as long as the price continues to climb you'll make out okay. Beware the margin call if the prices fall however.

Just placed an order with CI. A bright red notice came up indicating they are having some shipping issues that are being resolved. So for those of you waiting, just be patient. And come on guys, lay off the noobs. Cut them a little slack. Don't send the message that the forum is only for guys with no lives and so much time on their hands that they have nothing better to do than send thousands of posts to a cigar forum. And as far as your lame attempts at humor, don't think that graduating from the Acme Correspondence School of Comedy automatically means you are funny.

Both have taken money out of my account but nothing has shipped. Ive gotten the "we are sorry and are working to resovle the Bug..." Blah Blah emails still no smokes. WTF???

If they gave us a discount or a free 5 pk to apologize for the massive screw up I'd stay with them.

After I get my smokes Im trying Famous Smoke.....
