I don't have a problem waiting .....

The problem i have is how cigarbid.com and Cigar internationals customers are being treated.

If you are have problems shipping .... POST IT

If your IT department are incompetents .... POST IT

Answer the phone ..... !!!!

Answer the emails ....!!!!! . dont just leave us out to dry ........

I haven't received my order since 2/10 .... I had to order from famous and JR ... I hate doing that

FWIW, my order from CI shipped on Wednesday ( a week late). No word on my CBID order which was to be shipped on the same day (2-21).
