Well, I know this is my first post so I'm happy it can be positive.

Last weeks winning bids closed Monday, the order was filled by Wed and shipped Wed evening with a tracking number. I also received an order the week before on time and properly packaged.

So "great work" and I'm glad they are getting the problems worked out..

I have an order that's been processing since February 16. I get it that they're having issues with the changes made to their system. But organizations make system changes like this all the time. This is the most gigantic failure of customer service I've ever seen. It's ridiculous. And what's even more ridiculous are the sycophants on here making excuses for them and defending the failure.

There is nothing we can do about it...crap like this happens sometimes. The forums are full of a bunch of BS...what do you expect? For people that are legit defending them, they understand the issue and understand that their staff is doing all they can to get it fixed. Sure, it sucks, but that doesn't mean that the most loyal of customers are going to turn on the company.

Just read through this thread, omfg, gold.

I'm a hypocrite, I wrote the same joke on that Stinkdyr did on the first page, except I fixed "you're" to hide what I really fixed :D

A guy walks into a bar with an alligator. It's about 10 feet long. The bartender flips out and says, "Hey buddy, you gotta get that son of a b*tch outta here. It's going to bite one of my customers and I'm going to get sued."

The guy says, "No no no, it's a tame alligator. I'll prove it to you."

He picks up the alligator and puts it on the bar. Then he unzips his pants, pulls out his package and sticks it in the alligator's mouth. The alligator just keeps his mouth open. After about 5 minutes, he pulls it out of the alligator's mouth and zips up his pants and says, "See, I told you it was a tame alligator. Anybody else want to try it?"

The drunk down at the end of the bar says, "Yah, I'd like to try it but I don't think I can hold my mouth open that long!"
