Say it ain't so! 😣

Always presumed it was live and those twin guitar leads were performed on stage that night. Gonna have to check this out.

Now I'm looking into this again, too. It seems I may be wrong. I'm not sure where I read that is was not live but I can't find anything that says that again. I HOPE I'm wrong. If so, can you imagine being at Howard Stein's Academy of Music that night and hearing that LIVE and in person? Holy Balls...that woulda been something.

Whew! All is right in the world again. 👍

I found this interview with Steve Hunter that leads me to think the Intro was always performed live:

And yes, that would have been one heck of a concert memory to have been there that night.

It's crazy how consistent the temp is there...jealous... Here in Kansas it can be sunless and snowin one day, clear, sunny and 70 the next.

Never heard of them.
Listened yesterday.

Or tried to listen.

Not my cup of tea.

Too much "twang".

If you like twang that's fine. I hear it may have been the reason Aaron Hernandez was taunted and decided to kill himself.

not an upset result, surprised myself that I got into it.
First surprise step was Uncle Tupelo which led me to this break-away group...
