One of three ways:

1. Travel to Cuba and visit the Hotel Comodoro. (Best option)=d>

2. Know someone traveling to Cuba and ask them to pick up a bundle for you.

3. Sometimes people offer them for sale on websites where people sell/trade cigars. Careful who you buy from tho....especially custom rolls as they have no bands.
