A Short Album About Love by The Divine Comedy

I love the whole record, but this song has me real hooked lately:

Hi H...
your boy Nick Cave is around promoting his latest. Haven't heard any but reviews, though positive, make it sound more dark than usual.

remember Tyyler? He just sent me this link, and on the right are cuts from tonight's (!) show in Boston that I wish I had gone to as I have now missed him a couple of times.

CBS Saturday show cuts are clean, but the Boston show cuts are very poor, at least Whipping Post. His wife is on the violin...

Hank you seriously need to get a new pair of ears. DSotM is one of the best recorded, mixed and mastered album ever made. I know that the concept of an album is probably foreign to you but vinyl LPs were the chit for decades. [ram27bat]

Longest Run on the Billboard 200
Pink Floyd's acclaimed 1973 classic "Dark Side of the Moon" has spent an amazing 861 weeks riding the Billboard 200 album chart. That's over 16 (non-consecutive) years!

I know that Floyd is no Justin Bieber, but then again who is? 🤐

Clearly, DSotM and all of PF's catalog needs Autotune, Drum Machines and a farting out Hip-Hop bass on them. And where is the well choreographed dance videos for their songs?

I'm not saying Pink Floyd is bad, just not my taste. Without Pink Floyd we probably wouldn't have half the music we have today. Amazing how people can't have their own tastes. Maybe we should all be mindless zombies and only like one style of music.

i'm sure if I was old like you guys, and was alive when Pink Floyd's music came out, I would probably like it because it was super ahead of its time. It is the same reason I don't like watching old movies.
