Four Roses Barrel Strength Private Selection, OESV, 115 proof. Pre-meal paired with LGC MdO #1, 2000. During meal paired with green egg grilled fillet, salad, baked potato, and grilled Italian sausage stuffed baby portabella's.

Life is good!

Time to rest for tomorrows A.M. golf game.

Been working alot and not drinking much. Was in denver the other weekend briefly and had a flight of local ryes and bourbons. Can't remember the names but they were decent for craft.

Opened my second to the last bottle of the OR 12 YO Elijah Craig and lit up a LG SB-VI.............cool night in August,we needed reacquainting after a long hot summer.
