Mudbound; I thought it was decent acting, story, and above average cinematography.

Having been received so well and based on a series of books, it will be back for sure. Currently watching THE OA which is impossible to explain and quite good in a non-religious spiritual way.

The OA was pretty good, despite being pretty confusing.

Almost finished with Seven Seconds. Pretty solid show.

Dude you can add your Amazon Prime to almost any streaming player.I have mine on a Roku 3 and 4 plus my IPad and my wife's Fire tablet.

I don't have a streaming player. It is only on our ipad for the time being..and my phone. Our TV has Netflix built in, but can't figure out a way to get Amazon Prime on there. What other sort of devices can you use? We have to get a new Blu-ray player, if we get one that connects to wifi, would that work?

Somebody Feed Phil!

Phil is Philip Rosenthal, creator of Everybody Loves Raymond, an instantly loveable little Jewish guy...

he has an infectious smile and a genuine appreciation of culture... and he gets very excited about the food he is trying as he travels across (so far) Europe and Asia...

With an opening sequence that is entirely reminiscent of an 80's sitcom and random short clips of Phil skyping with his bathrobed parents as he displays the various fruits he's discovered in the markets throughout that day, Somebody Feed Phil is as witty as it is captivating...

I'm not big on traveling food shows, but this show is fantastic...

Not sure.........I have been seeing some great deals on Amazon Fire Stick lately. We have 2 Roku's and 1 Fire Stick.......I like the Roku's better but it sounds like you got Netflix covered so you'd only use for Prime.Well worth it and you get tons of free music with the Fire Stick thru Prime you cannot get with other streaming devices.

We also have an Apple TV streamer..........its for sale if anyone is dying for a headache.I hate that POS.

My wife and I just got hulu live tv. So now I have a DVR/Antenna I'm not going to be using anymore... I guess it's for sale now (or will be when hulu gets cw).

It's called tablo, it's 5 bucks a month for the enhanced guide (not necessary, but recommended).

It's done us well for a couple years, just the streaming platforms have gotten more attractive.

Problem with hulu live tv is I can't watch it from a roku at work. A work around is push it through a mobile device to chromecast (which works).

Anyway, they all have their issues, but apparently Apple TV is the worst according to Whistle's review... and that's to be expected though, because apple sucks.

Started Bates Motel last night on Netflix. Really like it but it is insane.

Finished Seven Seconds and I am pissed. Can't believe that ending. About right for our effed up world though.

Don’t laugh at this, but Microsoft Xbox One has an awesome system for Netflix, Hulu and you can pick up whatever else you want through the movie and tv store.

Finished Seven Seconds last night.. very good, even if the ending not really satisfying. I give props, however, to any content creator willing to go against convention/conformity.

Been binging The Chi at the same time, and I admit I got a bit confused at times... Must be the racist in me...can't keep all the black characters straight all the time. MB Huck's right

Wild Wild Country, a six part documentary. An Indian guru named Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh moves his cult of thousands to a small town in Antelope Oregon. This happened in the early 80’s.
I knew of this guy but didn’t know about all the things his cult did, interesting.

One episode left of Bates Motel. Pretty fantastic show...really sad there aren't more seasons.

After I am done with that, there are new seasons of Love and Santa Clarita Diet that I need to catch up on. Think there are a couple others too.

Any suggestions on new Netflix series to watch?
