Nonetheless, enjoying this out in the garage after replacing some Safety Walk strips (...getting ready for the rainy season...).

Just so happens I had this in the chiller today. A slight sweetness from the brown sugar in the recipe but not cloying. As it warms and opens up the cinnamon comes forward to slightly dominate the vanilla and cocoa nibs. Very enjoyable.
