The Tea Party - Pulse.

Picure: Jim Morrison takes Led Zeppelin on a journey to Nepal, where they proceed to light themselves aflame.
Not in the “Easy Listening” category.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kdWQ0hwsUJ4

Have an open mind and give it a listen.
Preferably later in the evening after a drink and a smoke.
... Or a couple drinks and a couple smokes

Porcupine Tree. Huh. Never heard of them. Listened to Half Light live, then Anesthetize. Loved it. Very ethereal, dreamy sound. Then gets heavier. I’ll be listening to more later tonight. With a drink and a smoke, of course. Thanks CelticBomber!

Dstieger - Yes. I discovered The Tea Party in much the same way. Used to buy a new CD based on the name of the band and the album artwork, thinking that creativity would extend into their music. Needless to say, ended up with plenty of garbage, and money wasted. Much like trying a new box or bundle. You can always find a review confirming that they’re exactly what you’re looking for.
Well, started buying these sampler CD’s called “Huh? CDx”, where “x” is a number in their series. A lot of lesser known and underground $hit. Well, sometimes you’d hit that one that shocked the fuque out of you. Just like that one obscure smoke that rings your bell. Such as it is withTea Party. One of those bands that everyone should know the name of. Even if it’s not you cup of tea (har-har). Extremely creative and talented. A toast to you and everyone else here. Whatever it is that strikes you. Enjoy!

Derek & the Dominos - Live at the Fillmore

As stoned and/or drunk as he might have been during that stage of his life, Clapton could still played some great solos.

In the ‘70s, Clapton’s 2nd guitarist, George Terry, often “filled in” when EC was too wasted.

George could definitely play, too bad he never got the recognition he deserved.
