hey strider, I've been trying to think of the name of the good guy who used to be active here, I think he came off the road and started a barbecue, he used to sign his posts "aka Dave"
You know who I mean? Think he was from your vintage around here.

There was a guy in Arkansas that had a BBQ joint.. I think he was Dave... Went by somethin Country or Country somethin.. 🤔

Not sure I remember a guy from Arkansas. Hopefully he will see this thread and respond. Those tailgate parties at Cfest were the best part of the weekend. Got to meet a lot of good people

Ya... That's who I meant... He had 'Hog Leg BBQ' in one of the town's just off I-40.. I stopped in for ribs once while passing thru but he wasn't there.. I dropped off a fiver tho.. 🇨🇮
