I got to see a simulated bombing run at the Oshkosh show some years ago, then got to walk through the same B52. The run was done at low level. What an awsome day that was.

I thought the Ospreys with the VH-92 Helicopter looked pretty cool, the little bit I got to see on television

Patriots opening Day at Gillette Stadium 2006 featured a B-2 flyover...awesome!!!

I think TRUMP went over to FRANCE on Bastille' day celebrations and several other countries during military parades and got all jealous like...
He threw a temper tantrum and was awarded a low cost
Bush League parade-show...now he is the laughing stock of all the militaries of the world...
I heard that tanks ran out of gas the budget was so tight
And trump had to kick in his own funds for fireworks
( that ^^^ is supersecret insider information my contacts sent me)

I was backpacking the Mogollon wilderness in SW New Mexico a few years back, working my way up a canyon, when I heard this hellacious roar and in one moment, this jet fighter screamed directly overhead. Blew my fucquin mind. He was shooting straight through the canyon like a rocket. Wasn't more than 20 minutes, he came right back from the opposite direction. WHOA. Such a surreal experience. Way too fast to get a make on the jet. Wish I had a recording of that. Always wished to fly in one of those...

My neighbor is a retired Air Force pilot. Flew the F4 Phantom in Nam. One of the models I made when I was just a kid sniffin glue. One of my heroes

Do you think it was Hillary's private ride?

Now that I think further about it,
that may have indeed been the time.

War games ya think?

May be more truth to that than anyone realizes. I was on the final deployment of Navy F-14s, and I am not certain about glue, but I know there was duct tape involved in ensuring that every one of them could fly off upon return to port. No way in hell we were going to let them take even one off with a crane.

V22 probably would have made my short list if I didnt live under a semi regular flight path for them

Spent many, many years in Guam living near a lot of B52s. Even seeing those got a bit routine.

Maybe most impressive 'military' non-show flights for me were the SR71 take offs from forward airfields. Their ascent angle appeared close to 90 degrees within about 3 seconds after wheels left the ground.....soooooo impressive

Were you in the military, or civil service, or something else while on Guam Dave?

Best low level pass I ever witnessed was the SR-71.

They were damn quick!
