I wish they'd fire some of these jackholes. Call off and post pictures on Facebook poolside at a resort same day should be a termination offense.
Especially when it happens a few times a year.
But everywhere is so desperate for nurses, nobody will ever be fired. Unless of course you fail a piss test. Then you get fired. But not doing your job when you are there, and habitual patterned call offs means nothing.
So I'm back again for more double time and a half. Should get triple time for having to take on 3 people's loads.
