Van Morrison - Duets: Re-Working the Catalogue

Van re-doing his older songs as duets. First time listening to this all the way through.

80F / 73% RH / 13 mph - felt much warmer than 80 degrees about a half hour ago

Wichita Lineman - Glen Campbell

Disliked Campbell most of my life -- the sappy songs...the silly TV show...the goofy persona. After watching Wrecking Crew, I reexamined my relationship with his music and ...well....I still dislike most of it, but the title song, despite being way out of my comfort zone is pretty damned good...rest of the album mostly ok

Thing I discovered about him and John Denver...they were both extremely gifted guitarists. Border genius with the instrument.

Van Morrison - Versatile

Haven’t really listened to this but with my neighbor during yard work, looks like I’ll have to wait for another time.

76F / 71% RH / 21 mph - between the noise of my neighbor’s blower and the rain, glad I’m only smoking a PC
