Michael Murphey - Blue Sky-Night Thunder

First album I put on when I got my JBL L65 Jubals and Pioneer SA-9100 back in ‘75. Think I still had my Dual 1229Q with a Shure V15 Type III at the time. The piano intro to “Wildfire” was awesome. For months I saved every nickel and dime so I could buy the speakers and amp. At the time, it was of the happiest moments in my young life. Memories make us rich.

Angel City - Face To Face

Known as just “The Angels” back in Australia, they had an AC/DC-ish sound. Although “Can’t Shake It” is my favorite song from them, “Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again” is the song they’re best known for.

75F / 75% RH / 8 mph - mostly overcast with showers day

Colter Wall ~ Songs of the Plains

Think of Colter as the love child of Waylon Jennings and Chris Ledoux from Saskatchewan.
