His three phase plan released a week ago was well thought out and reasonable. But the plan said moving to the first phase and then to the second and third gradual re-opening phases was dependent upon specific numbers dipping for two weeks...a data driven gradual re-opening that was sensible, with public health and opening the economy as co-objectives...
then Trump contradicted his plan for re-opening by encouraging people to engage in civil disobedience and publicly protest and disobey his OWN social distancing orders: LIBERATE!
and the governors of Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee are ignoring Trump's plan by not waiting for two weeks of declining numbers before re-opening...guess we'll use them as guinea pigs...
this is a cluster which is the result of lack of leadership by the POTUS, who assumed responsibility when he declared a national emergency, then declared he had total power, and then said the governors are in charge, and has been looking to shed accountability and to point the finger of blame ever since...
wonder if he skipped the leadership and management courses in his business studies at Wharton School at Penn...
