this is day 3 of calling 800-830-4590.....ordered july 7th...still checking on an order i placed on cigarbid
this is the 2nd day put on endless hold..
bull**** 100%......yesterday on hold 32 minutes...no answer
today im currently at 8 mins and holding........hung up @ 13 mins

Well, in the great FWIW and YMMV departments, I placed an order with CI on the 27th, it shipped that same day and it was delivered to me on the 30th. That is the fastest I have ever gotten anything from them, going back quite a few years.

Now I did not have to call customer service about the order which is good since I probably would have still been on hold when the cigars showed up!
