Benja! How are you, my friend? Things are going well here in Rhode Island. Trying to remain positive, with so much going on in our household. The treadmill is probably the best money we've ever spent on anything! We use it every day!!!

I'm gonna start back up in 2021, let myself go in the last month=gained weight sortof depressed but I have a plan for next year and a hope that our long put off trip to the east coast of Jamaica will be a go in July-pleaseplease let the vaccine be freely available to us "non -essential" old farts before the 20 year old hamburger flippers. That was our first stop in Jamaica too. Amazing people and unforgettable beach. We went back again about 3 years ago and stayed for 2 months. Still love the place but we like trying new things so July our target is the northeast coast of da rock, Portland, Port Antonio, Long Beach, Oracabessa and Duncans Bay. Have some friends that live there (with a car) who are meeting us. 3 weeks to explore. This virus has really cramped our travel plans.
I heard the local cigs are pretty awful there and anything imported is pricey.
