I’m guessing it’s been close to 38 years since I put one of her albums on.

AZ guy - try listening to Neil & Crazy Horse's 1994 farm aid version of "Down by the River" and "All Along the Watchtower". I listen to it at least once a day on You Tube.

Probably saw QMS three or 4 times. At least a couple of Diamond Head Crater Celebrations, once with New Riders of the Purple Sage and the Grateful Dead and pretty sure one time at the HIC Arena. But those youthful activities kinda blur the memories. [gonzo]

Had an interesting talk with my son and his friends tonight.

I managed to get them to listen to Rush Moving Pictures all the way through and the looks on their faces when I explained it was 3 guys making that wall of sound was priceless. They loved it. If I have to hear one more 20 something kid say "Wow some of this old people's music is FIRE!" someone will die. Unfortunately, I had to agree to listen to an entire Rap album to be named next weekend to get them to do it... The things parents are forced to do...

I used to play this game with both my kids when they were little. I'd play a song (Zepplin etc.) and I'd have to listen to an N'SYNC or Justin Bieber song. The one song I regretted playing for them was The Kinks - Ape Man. They loved it too much. I had a 6yr old girl and 8yr old boy pretending to be chimps for a good two weeks. I had to play it over and over every day until I wanted to choke Ray Davies out.
