Try being principled Frank. Being pragmatic is an excuse for not being principled.
Jefferson and Madison's Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions were called the Principles of '98, state interposition a.k.a. nullification has been the rightful remedy for stopping unconstitutional federal laws, to render them null and void.
If the 3 branches of the federal government are the final arbiters of their their own powers, and the parties to the constitutional compact (the states) have no say in judging those powers then that's where federal tyranny grows.
It doesn't matter if it's weed, guns or anything else.

I don't think you're all wrong, far from it. But you think everyone else is all wrong, so following your lead would be fruitless and accomplish none of what you want.

I say this with internal peace so spare the TDS style labeling. You show no plan, just philosophy. Either advocate for and get involved in a revolution (peaceful is an option) as I attempted or stop finger pointing. At least I and others of like mind accomplished changes, even at the expense of being identified as a subversive for a couple of years.
