The right question involves who would require "the passport" and for what. Big difference rather than random general pie in the sky questions. Precision is key. That partly determines limitations or lack of, or at least provides one set of answers. This mythical passport is not defined yet we are drawing conclusions about it.

The right question truly is important. If the question isn't correct, you can be on a road to nowhere and answering that question is not only irrelevant it may lead to more misinformation. And sometimes we don't have enough information to ask the correct question even though we may think we do.

Thus right question, right answer.

If who is kenya or walt disney and for what it is to enter the tooth chipper amusement ride or go on a safari the answer is different than the federal government and to enter a federal building or plane for example. And everything in between.

Note this is a nonsensical off the top of my head example probably filled with faults but being used to illustrate what is meant by wrong question. I'm not trying to defend or attack vax passports or even take a position on them. I don't even know what it means at this point. And I understand people being annoyed when told they are asking the wrong question and the irrelevant question going unanswered because a whole slew of other pieces have to be filled in first to get them to the right question. Or worse the question is a deliberate when did you stop beating your wife question crafted by news entertainers to practice their deception and regurgitated by those that thought it had merit or just think it supports their agenda.
