It's spelled Petite Petit and your daughter has good taste. One of our favorite cheap/everyday type wines.

I have enjoyed everything I have drank from Michael David. Very good wine for the price point. I also enjoy Alexander Brown bottlings in that price range.

I am required to have a bottle on stock at all times. That one and expensive Pinots have become her thing. She can’t stand a Cabernet Sauvignon.

We went out to Lodi once and went to Michael David. Very nice tasting room that can hold its own with Sonoma. They have some interesting wines that don’t make it to distribution.

2019 Morisfarms Mandriolo Maremma Toscana

cool story, Spanish family that moved to Italy a million years ago, blah blah blah...

really nice, dry, Sangiovese like wine with (for me) a lot of cherry fruit.
Was great with a mock Italian dinner I made, Italian style spaghetti squash.
And only $11 at a local, who rang it in at $9.90 as a November special for "members".

Thinking I should go grab a sixer before this is gone.

Frank, look at the label. Do you find Morellino different Scansanna on it?
