Supertramp - "Crime of the Century" [Mobile Fidelity Half Speed Master Pressing]

Found this in a vintage vinyl shop for $20 a few years ago. My God it sounds good.

You can't tell me that Roger Waters didn't have this song in his head when he wrote "The Wall"

Muddy Waters - King Bee

Glad I got to see this legend at least once. Was, I think in ‘77 or ‘78 at a jazz festival at the Waikiki Shell.

Alice Cooper Band - Love It To Death

"Is It My Body"

I recently saw Alice...got to meet the lovely Nita Strauss...Got to Facetime with Nita and Alice no backstage due to Covid...what a great show.

(Yes, that's Ace Frehley with them!)

After seeing KISS a couple of days earlier...Alice put on the better show...but watching KISS with my grandchildren...as their first concert...PRICELESS!

on my son's 15th birthday, I asked him what he wanted to do for his B-day. He told
me he wanted to go to a concert like I went to when I was his age.
I took him to see KiSS and Ted Nugent on a twin bill...he loved it. We had 4th row seats,
just off center. All the hot chicks were in rows 1-10, and in center more...he got his first close-up
of nekkid boobage, and I was a hero for months!!=d> 🌫 =d>

.PS, I didn't look at the boobs all around me, not even once:^o 🤥

We sat on the lawn for KISS...it was uneventful but very packed out...one of my grandsons during the opening number "Detroit Rock City" was wide-eyed open mouthed for almost every minute of it...every time a flashpot would go off he'd jerk back like he'd been hit by a cannonball. At the end of the song he looked at me in amazement like I'd withheld him from candy for his whole life and then took him to Hershey, PA.

I have the video of it...so worth it.

My favorite part of the night was when Paul wanted to see the crowd...turned up the houselights...some girls flashed the cameras while holding a sign saying "Farewell KISS, Thanks For The Mammaries!". Glad we went, hate to see a band like them hang it up but who in their 70's wears the outfits, spits blood and fire and has a pyrotechnic blowout that most towns don't have on 4th of July all while flying on wires and getting their platform stages lifted up to the lights with confetti?
