Biden Claims Chris Dodd Wouldn't 'Disrespect a Waitress,' Forgets Dodd's 'Waitress Sandwich' with Ted Kennedy

Joe Biden has an interesting way with words. Or, rather, he does with the words he remembers. Our pudding-headed president was in Connecticut droning on about something. He signaled out his good friend, former senator Chris Dodd. Biden judges a man by how they "treat the waitress" and used those standards to praise the man Dodd is. Interesting, because Chris Dodd is most famous for the way he treated a waitress in a rapey way with celebrated Democrat scumbag Ted Kennedy.

Here's how a Connecticut newspaper described the alleged sandwich in 2017, saying that two senators sexually assaulting a waitress (allegedly) would be costly "today." In 1985, it was just Democrat senators being Democrat senators.

"When the meal was coming to an end, the two women accompanying the senators repaired to the ladies' room. A waitress, Carla Gaviglio, was summoned to the private dining room by two members of the world's most deliberative body."

Dodd and Kennedy were out with either dates or side chicks. The incident happened while those dates or side chicks (most likely side chicks) left for five minutes.

"In a lightning strike, Kennedy allegedly picked up Gaviglio and threw her on the table, knocking plates and other items to the floor. He reportedly lifted her up again and put her on top of Dodd, who was seated in a chair. Kennedy then engaged in an attack that continued until another employee entered the room and joined Gaviglio in screaming, causing others to enter the room."

Kennedy and Dodd, both Democrats, continued to serve in the Senate for the next two decades. Also, just as a side note, Dodd has been retired for over ten years and is two years younger than Joe Biden, the man who currently has the nuclear codes.

I'm not saying Biden remembered about the waitress sandwich when he made the analogy. That would require Biden to have a functioning brain and a coherent train of thought. I'm just wondering about the ride back to the White House when aides informed the president of the criticism.

"What? Why are people upset I said ol' Doddy has a way with waitr--...oh, that's right. He almost raped the one that people know about."

Unavailable for comment is Tara Reede. Because, well, you know.

U.S. vows to pay relatives of 10 killed in errant Kabul drone strike

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Defense Department said Friday that it is committed to offering condolence payments to relatives of the 10 people who were killed in an errant U.S. drone strike in Kabul, Afghanistan, in August.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said in a statement that the Defense Department was also working with the State Department to help surviving family members relocate to the United States.

Kirby said the matter arose in a meeting Thursday between Dr. Colin Kahl, under secretary of defense for policy, and Dr. Steven Kwon, founder and president of the nonprofit group Nutrition & Education International.

“Dr. Kahl reiterated Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s commitment to the families, including offering ex gratia condolence payments,” Kirby said. He did not say how much money would be offered.

On Aug. 29, a U.S. Hellfire missile struck a car driven by Zemerai Ahmadi, who had just pulled into the driveway of the Ahmadi family compound. In all, 10 members of the family, including seven children, were killed in the strike.

Weeks later, Marine Gen. Frank McKenzie, head of U.S. Central Command, called the strike a “tragic mistake” and said innocent civilians were indeed killed in the attack.

During the meeting Thursday, Kwon told Kahl that Ahmadi had worked with NEI for many years, “providing care and lifesaving assistance for people facing high mortality rates in Afghanistan,” according to Kirby.

The U.S. military initially defended the strike, saying it had targeted an Islamic State group’s “facilitator” and disrupted the militants’ ability to carry out attacks during the chaotic final stage of the withdrawal of U.S. and NATO troops from Afghanistan.

Discrepancies between the military’s portrayal of the strike and findings on the ground quickly emerged. The Associated Press and other news organizations reported that the driver of the targeted vehicle was a longtime employee at a U.S. humanitarian organization. There were no signs of a large secondary blast, despite the Pentagon’s assertion that the vehicle contained explosives.

The drone strike followed a devastating suicide bombing by an Islamic State offshoot that killed 169 Afghans and 13 U.S. military personnel at one of the gates to the Kabul airport in late August.

Last month, McKenzie said the United States was considering making reparation payments to the family of the drone strike victims.

Israel Demanding Answers After Biden Quietly Removed Sanctions On Iranian Missile Companies

Pro-Israeli lobbying and advocacy groups are seeking answers from the Biden administration over why it removed two Iranian firms believed linked to Iran's ballistic missile program from the US sanctions blacklist earlier this month.

The US Treasury Department had quietly and without explanation dropped sanctions on Mammut Industrial Group, and its subsidiary Mammut Diesel Company. Both had been targeted by the prior Trump administration's "maximum pressure" campaign.

In September 2020 under the guidance of the Trump White House, the US Treasury had identified the Iranian companies as "key producers and suppliers of military-grade, dual-use goods for Iran’s missile programs," and further described as "Iran’s primary developer of liquid propelled missiles."

These and other companies have hired law firms in the US to fight to be removed from the blacklist, with the two in question being successful in this case.

At the time of the delisting over a week ago, reporters suggested it must be related to stalled nuclear deal negotiations in Vienna, which the US Treasury quickly denied, saying the delisting does "not reflect any change in U.S. government sanctions policy towards Iran. They have nothing to do with JCPOA negotiation efforts. The United States will continue to counter Iran’s destabilizing activities, including through implementation of our sanctions."

However, the advocacy group United Against Nuclear Iran days ago issued a statement expressing outrage, questioning the delisting under Biden and demanding an explanation:

"The delisting follows the July 2021 lifting of sanctions on three Iranians who were major shareholders and executives of the Mammut Industrial Group," United Against Nuclear Iran said in a statement.

"The Biden Administration has thus far not been forthcoming on the reasons behind the lifting of these sanctions, and it has not confirmed that the delisted individuals and entities have verifiably ceased their sanctionable behavior," the advocacy group said. "At the same time, the administration denied that its actions are indicative of a broader shift in Iran sanctions policy or are in any way linked to inducements to bring Tehran back to stalled nuclear negotiations."

Additionally the lobby group said that relaxing pressure on the Islamic Republic will only serve to "signal to the Iranian regime that it can extract concessions from the U.S. through its intransigence," it said.

The move further stirred outrage in Israeli media, even though the delisting wasn't widely reported in the US.

The Biden administration has lately warned that if the Vienna negotiations fail, the US is ready to join Israel in pursuing "other options" - which is being taken as a veiled threat of military action.

Undercover of the night?

Biden Secretly Flying In Underage Migrants To NY, Spreading Border Crisis Across US

Late last night, the New York Post published a story about what appears to be a federal program secretly moving undocumented migrants arrested at the border - who are mostly teens and young adults - to shelters and other "resource centers" in suburban communities in New York, Connecticut and elsewhere.

The story, which is almost too crazy to believe given what's going on right now at the southern border, was, quite frankly, as long as it was shocking. And what was almost as surprising is that the Biden Administration has been carrying on with the program - with complete acquiescence from local Democratic Party officials in New York - since at least mid-summer - potentially since as early as April - without saying anything to the press, or anywhere, in any official record.

According to the Post, the flights originate in Texas, where the border crisis has overwhelmed local resources once again, and land at a Westchester County Airport, where the detainees who are being transported are sometimes driven as far away as Florida, according to what the Post has observed. And, most critically, the Post has also been able to confirm that 2,000 migrants arrested after sneaking into the US from Mexico have arrived at the airport on 21 flights since Aug. 8.  These flights apparently made quite a disturbance in the neighborhood around the airport, since they were almost always carried out in the middle of the night when the airport was supposed to be closed.

Last week, The Post saw two planes land at the Westchester County Airport, where most of the passengers who got off appeared to be children and teens, with a small portion appearing to be men in their 20s.

Westchester County cops stood by as the passengers — whose flights arrived at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday and 9:52 p.m. Friday — got off and piled into buses.

Some of them were later seen meeting up with relatives or sponsors in New Jersey, or being dropped off at a residential facility on Long Island.

Official data also shows that the CBP has nabbed nearly 38K unaccompanied minors at the border during July and August alone. A source at the airport told the NYP the new arrivals are typically sent by car or bus out to Connecticut or somewhere Upstate.

Although at least some of the migrants have been moved to a shelter in Syosset, Long Island.

Around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, it stopped in Syosset, Long Island, at the campus of MercyFirst, a nonprofit sponsored by the Catholic Sisters of Mercy that provides housing and services for “children and adolescents who are the victims of societal problems,” according to its website.

But wait a second. This isn't some Catholic charity organization. MercyFirst has a contract with the federal government to provide services related to "the emotional and physical needs of children and adolescents who are the victims of societal problems". The company's CEO didn't return a request for comment, according to the New York Post.

Florida's Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, told the Post he was outraged by the Biden Administration carrying out such an operation in such a cloak-and-dagger fashion, and apparently not telling anybody in Florida, or New York, about the operation (but we'll get to New York's "leaders" and what they have to say later). Some of the children who were flown out to Westchester were ultimately driven as far south as Tallahassee, per the Post.

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis expressed outrage at The Post’s findings, with a spokeswoman saying: "If the Biden Administration is so confident that their open-border policy is good for our country, why the secrecy?"

"Why is the Biden Administration refusing to share even the most basic information about illegal alien resettlement in communities throughout our state and the entire country?" spokeswoman Christina Pushaw said.

“Washington DC sets immigration policies that do not affect them, and states — that lack information about migrant resettlement and do not have the authority to change federal immigration policy — are expected to bear the brunt of Biden’s reckless open-borders agenda.”

Apparently, whoever is running this program isn't practicing very strong operational security. Most of the minors were seen being placed on buses, and some were eventually picked up by individuals in plain clothes who didn't appear to be employees or agents of the federal government.

On Wednesday, The Post also saw two buses leave the Westchester airport carrying about 100 passengers who arrived on a McDonnell Douglas MD-83.

One bus stopped at the Thomas Edison Service Area off the New Jersey Turnpike in Woodbridge, where the migrants got off around 12:45 a.m. Thursday.

Over the next two hours, they were driven away in cars by people who met them there — without anyone appearing to have to show identification to the officials overseeing the operation.

The Post even spoke to a woman who lives nearby, and she confirmed that the flights appear to have been happening for weeks, forcing her family to become accustomed to the sounds of airplanes landing overhead in the middle of the night, since the "middle of the summer".

A woman who lives near the airport told The Post on Monday that a flight arrived there “around 3 or 4” that morning “and it was shaking the house” and awakened her 8-month-old baby boy.

"He’s been waking up for the last month around 2, 3, 4 because of the noise," she said.

"I got used to the regular airport noise but these planes or jets sound different. Lower, more bass. And they’re coming in the middle of the night!"

The neighbor also said that she “can see the airport perfectly from my upstairs” and has noticed “a few buses that say ‘Out of Service’ hanging around” that aren’t the usual county buses or airport shuttles.

And she said the airport has lately been “much darker than usual” overnight.

“I liked the way it looked like a little city — blue and white lights,” she said.

“But since the middle of this summer, they are all off, except one or two of them on the top of the Flexjet hangar…I guess so you can’t see what’s going on.”

They also spoke to former Westchester County Exec Rob Astorino, the GOP candidate vying to run for governor, who said he learned about the program after locals complained about curfew violations. He's saying that the operation has been going on since at least April, and what started with "smaller planes" has evolved into planeloads of presumably unaccompanied migrants - at least 50 to 75 who appear to be mostly men older than 20.

"No one has explained where they’re going and who they are,” he said.

"The Biden administration is systematically spreading the southern border crisis to communities all around the country, often shrouded in secrecy and under the cloak of darkness."

At this point, we would like to know: what's going on here, Joe? A spokeswoman for the Democrat currently running Westchester County said the program is "nothing new" and that it was similar to something that President Trump would have done.

If that's true, then it looks like President Biden is caught in a real bind here - politically speaking. Is he "like Trump" on immigration? Or isn't he? After all, this isn't the first time we have seen this come up.

I've heard 70% of the unaccompanied minors were sent surreptitiously in the night to Florida because there is more freedom there...
But none were sent to D.C's upscale Georgetown neighborhood where Joe and Dr. Jill dined at a very expensive upscale restaurant. No word if the Bidens will be charged with the crime of violating D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser's mask mandate.

Biden Falls Into Incoherence Again, Shows How Bothered He Is by Protesters

I wrote earlier about how the fact that people were holding up signs saying “F Joe Biden” was getting to Joe Biden.

How did I know that? Because he mentioned it on September 11 when he visited the 9/11 memorial in Shanksville, PA. He even invoked the dead, saying, “What would the people who died be thinking?” Biden declared. “They think it makes sense to be doing this kinda thing where you ride down the street and see a sign that says ‘F so-and-so?’” He literally was trying to use the dead to defend himself as though they would object to people being critical of him. What an odd and inappropriate thing to do on 9/11.

I also wrote about the hundreds of protesters greeting him today when he got to Michigan, holding up some of those very signs, chanting “F Joe Biden,” but more importantly showing that — in the very swing state of Michigan — he was in deep trouble and citizens of the state were not approving of him and his policies. Indeed, there seemed to be more protesters out than there were supporters at the event to greet him, where he got only lukewarm applause with just a few claps.

Joe Biden again showed that the protestors were getting to him during the remarks that he delivered to the Operating Engineers union. Listen as he feels he has to justify himself.

The five people in the audience agreed? He surely has great trouble getting supporters for such a popular guy. There were hundreds more out on the highway chanting against him. So if he wants to talk about what the places like Howell, Michigan are telling him — they’re out on the street sending him a message — he’s just refusing delivery on it. More broadly, a recent Michigan poll also gave him a big message, with 39% approving and 53% disproving. No wonder he feels he has to justify himself. But unfortunately, he’s not making it any better by doing anything worthy of support.

As we noted, he made some weird incoherent remark about Gretchen Whitmer and her lieutenant governor. “Of course it’s great to be here with my friend, we’ve become friends,” Biden began, referring to Whitmer. “An outstanding Governor, one of the best Governors in the United States of America and her Lieutenant Governor, who covers her in every way both in terms of physically and mentally and every other way.” I’m not even sure we really want to know what he means by that.

But Biden also spoke incoherently about his “grandpop.” If you can figure out where he’s saying Grandpop worked here, I’ll give you the prize.

Grandpop did it, back “at the turn of the,” “in the 1920, in that area.” And what did any of that have to do with electrical charging stations? I’m so confused.

Hey, at least he knows he’s outside, right? Or maybe not.

But in case any of the media was getting complacent, he made a joke — well, one hopes it was a joke — that, “I am learning how to fly drones, guys, so be careful”

Now, given that his administration just last month killed 10 people, including seven children, in a horrible mistake with a drone strike in Afghanistan, it might be just a bit too soon for such joke. Not to mention that it sounds a bit like a threat. If President Donald Trump had made such a joke, it would be all over CNN treated as such.

Bottom line? He has a lot to worry about in Michigan. They’re not feeling him and he needs the state. As we noted, even the union he visited isn’t liking his policy when it comes to the Enbridge pipeline. He throws out a lot of words, but when push comes to shove, Americans are seeing that his policies and decisions are harming them.

Nolte: 58% Say Joe Biden Not Mentally or Physically Capable of Being President

A stunning 58 percent of voters say His Fraudulency Joe Biden is not up to the job of being president.

Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,000 likely voters and asked, “How confident are you that Joe Biden is physically and mentally up to the job of being President of the United States?”

A full 50 percent said they are “not at all confident,” while another eight percent said “not very confident.”

In fact, only 27 percent said they were “very confident” Biden was up to the job of being president, while 14 percent said “somewhat confident.”

Basically, only 41 percent of voters believe Biden has what it takes mentally and physically to be president.

Rasmussen also asked, “Is Joe Biden doing the job of president, or are others making decisions behind the scenes?”

Only 38 percent believe Biden is making decisions, while a clear majority of 53 percent say others are making decisions for him.

Have we ever before lived in a country where 58 percent said the president is not mentally or physically fit to be president?

And those 58 percent are correct. There’s simply no question Biden is unfit to be president. We know this because his handlers keep him in hiding.

One of the basic rules of politics is that you put an end to negative speculation by meeting it head-on. If the criticism says you can’t or won’t or are incapable of doing that, you go out and show the world you are doing that.

One example occurred when former President Trump was accused of cowering in the White House bunker during the Black Lives Matter riots. A few days later, he walked across the street from the White House and held up a Bible at a local church vandalized by these terrorists.

That’s Politics 101. You assuage people’s fears by going out and showing the criticism is invalid.

If people question the president’s health, you get him out there to prove he’s robust.

If people question the president’s ability to understand the common man, you get him out there talking to everyday people.

This is the long way of saying that if Biden were indeed physically and mentally up to the job, he would be out and about right now proving it.

Instead, because he is indeed mentally and physically unfit, he remains in hiding from the public. And when he does come out, it’s in a totally managed and controlled environment, like his upcoming CNNLOL town hall, where he will be protected, get the questions in advance, and not face a situation that mentally or physically taxes him.

Ironically, if Biden did know what was going on around him, he would take a look at his public opinion polls and be furious at those making all these terrible decisions in his name.

Team Biden wants to give millions to illegal immigrants — and their lawyers

To satisfy predatory lawyers and radical activists, the Biden administration is in talks to give nearly half a million dollars each to illegal immigrant separated from family at the border during two months of the Trump era. It’s a pure pander to progressives: Such cases have been settled before at just over a tenth of that sum.

Three federal departments are negotiating to settle lawsuits the American Civil Liberties Union and others brought on behalf of families separated when President Donald Trump’s zero-tolerance policy on illegal immigration meant all adults unlawfully crossing the border were charged with a misdemeanor in May and June 2018.

Before that, adults accompanying children were treated with kid gloves — which is why there was suddenly a surge of them, including opportunistic migrants bringing kids who weren’t their own.

The ACLU is demanding an average of $3.4 million per family, insisting they’ve suffered lasting psychological trauma. The Biden team is looking at offering $450,000 per person — close to $1 million a family, with a one-adult, one-child unit being the most common. Just under 1,000 claims have been filed, though the ACLU says it’s found 5,500 affected children, which could mean a total payout at least close to $1 billion.

Team Trump resolved some of those cases before Biden entered office — for far less. One 2019 New Jersey settlement amounted to $125,000 total to an adult and a minor who’d crossed illegally.

But Team Biden has a very different view of lawbreaking migrants. His first day in office, the prez ordered a moratorium on all deportations, one of the endless ways he’s signaled that America’s southern border is open: That’s why a record-setting 1.7 million people were caught entering illegally in the last year.

This administration is happy to give piles of taxpayer money to people who knowingly broke the law and knew there would be consequences if caught — even as 40 percent of US households face serious financial difficulties.

Even some government lawyers think such awards to lawbreakers are insane, with one threatening to remove his name from the case.

But the ACLU wants more than money. “President Biden has agreed that the family separation policy is a historic moral stain on our nation that must be fully remedied,” ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt said. “That remedy must include not only meaningful monetary compensation, but a pathway to remain in the country.”

True asylum-seekers can already apply. Legalizing lawbreakers sends more of the message that’s already bringing record numbers of illegal migrants. But Team Biden is likely to cave: It’s given separated families a three-year temporary status, letting them live and work here. Expect the border crisis to get worse.

When the GOP take back the House and Senate...they will successfully remove both the President and the Vice President for violating their oaths to the Constitution.
