JMO but given that other than a few rules / rulez, you can do (almost) anything in the NE and nOOb PIBs. So yah, picking someone up twice and then sending in one box sounds within the rules / rulez. Although I can't cite specific instances, I'mma 98.2% sure that it's been done before.
