Joe Stranosa says he didn't do that, you see it's everybody else's doing,.and there's nothing he can do to bring prices down on the gas, food, and everything else because it's everybody else's fault.
Got that?

$5.55 for reg, Chevron, southern Oregon coast.
Other stations .05 to .10 per gal less.

Keep waiting for it to come down, but.....

What is sad is me sitting here hoping it somehow comes back “down” to $3.50/gal.
Strange times.............just hope we somehow return to some semblance of normalcy. But not sure we are capable of such

It's like that old timey flagellation thingy, it's the price you must pay to atone for your carbon sins against Gaia,
but it'll be your salvation on the 'Incredible Transition' from Fossil Fuels. So says Joe Stranosa. Amen.

This one makes no sense: I paid $5.99 for regular at Costco in Phoenix and then drove to Prescott which is a small town 90 miles away and the price there is $5.57 per gallon.

$5.39 over the holiday weekend which was up $.40 from the previous week. $5.56 Sat and $5.59 today.

It's not the cashier's fault. Don't scream at the cashier. It's not the cashier's fault. Don't scream at the cashier.....

Gas, oil, LP, etc and energy prices are not set by what they have sitting in the tanks at your gas pump. It's strongly influenced on what they expect to pay in the future. Also taxes are a huge portion f the $ amount that you pay

Then add in seasonal requirements that force refineries to make different flavors for summer blend and winter blend stuff.

Dallas area - $5.26 for premium.

But on the lighter side, only 12 cents per kWh.
So 350 miles is about 9 bucks.

15 minutes to add 175 miles. But they clip you like 18 bucks……

After 175 miles I need a break anyhow.
Besides we would be taking the wife’s suv for a long trip (v6).
