It is not permanent. Corporate relocation deal with an offer we couldn’t refuse. Easier to scout Florida from Houston than San Francisco!

Good grief...
And it comes down in sheets.
We will be out of California by Christmas and taking our salaries and tax base with us.
Another person flipping CA the bird while exiting stage right...

Best thing about Houston is Galveston.. 😟

It’s official. Moving to Texas.
You have my condolences.
It has rained here every fkn afternoon since I got here. Thunder, lightning, rain... then it stops and things are a little cooler, but the humidity is 100%.

Ideally, it rains everyday during summer, around the same time each day.. Cools things down and waters the lawn. You will just have to get used to the humidity. 🐴

I’ve spent plenty of time in Houston. Longer term we are still heading for Florida but this intermediate stop is all expense paid!
..And your sunglasses fogging up every time you leave air conditioning.
Lots of beautiful wimmins in Houston tho... 😟
Sorta lacking here in Jax, so far... ain't seen none made me look twice yet. Saw 8-10 a day in CA.
Good wit da bad, right?
There are worse places than Houston, it isn't called the most air-conditioned city in the world for no reason and it'll be great conditioning for Florida weather.
Going to Houston now for 1-2 years.
It'll just seem like an eternity.
There is a little gem in Texas that I probably shouldn’t tell you about, but I will.
Houston.
