Hunter Biden’s ‘flirty’ Chinese secretary who urged ‘Uncle Joe’ to run is new GOP focus

WASHINGTON — First son Hunter Biden’s “flirty” former secretary JiaQi “Jackie” Bao, who pushed for “Uncle Joe” Biden to run for president and has been linked to the Chinese government, is the focus of a new House Republican inquiry into the first family’s extensive overseas business dealings.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, demanded information Wednesday from FBI Director Christopher Wray on the Biden family’s links to Bao while Hunter and his uncle James Biden raked in $4.8 million from Chinese government-linked CEFC China Energy in 2017 and 2018.

Comer wrote that “Committee Republicans are concerned Hunter Biden may have been compromised by the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreign intelligence services,” signaling what’s likely to be a major line of inquiry if Republicans reclaim subpoena powers by retaking the House in the Nov. 8 midterm elections.

The letter says that Bao “worked for the [Chinese government’s] National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), which ‘is in charge of China’s macroeconomic planning’ and approves any major project that receives foreign funding” and therefore “was linked to the Communist Party of China (CCP), her employer before the Biden family.”

“After infiltrating the Biden family, Bao urged Hunter to encourage Joe Biden to run for president months before he announced and then supplied the Biden family campaign advice related to China,” the letter says.
A former secretary of Hunter Biden with ties to the Chinese government is now the focus of a focus of a new House Republican inquiry into the Biden family's business dealings.

“In documents obtained by Committee Republicans, Hunter Biden refers to the founders and chairman of CEFC [Ye Jianming] as his ‘partner’ and the vice-chairman of CEFC, Patrick Ho, as his client and the ‘f–king spy chief of China,'” Comer writes.

“Documents obtained by Committee Republicans reveal that Bao was also working for CEFC employees linked to the CCP. Regarding a potential US liquified natural gas (LNG) purchase Bao and the Bidens sought to sell to China, Bao told Hunter Biden, Jim Biden and CEFC associates in an email that ‘my job is to make sure our interest is protected.'”

Bao “attended negotiations with US energy companies, and helped execute financial transactions,” the letter goes on. “Bao appeared to be effectively running the joint venture under Hunter Biden’s name. She produced yearly reports and business plans for Hudson West III, the joint venture Hunter Biden created with the Chinese firm, CEFC.”

CEFC was regarded as an arm of Beijing’s “Belt and Road” foreign influence initiative.

A May 2017 email regarding the Biden family’s CEFC partnership described the “big guy” as being due a 10% cut. Two former Hunter Biden associates, Tony Bobulinski and James Gilliar, identified Joe Biden as the “big guy” and Bobulinski says he met with Joe Biden in the same month about the deal. The president has denied making any money from his son’s overseas business deals and claimed he never even discussed the enterprises.

Comer’s letter to Wray focuses narrowly on Bao’s role. The Kentucky Republican has previously likened Bao to Fang Fang, the suspected Chinese spy who allegedly seduced House Intelligence Committee member Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.).

“She’s a very attractive girl. … We discussed [Bao] with 🅰 whistleblower, and according to the whistleblower, they were more than just business associates, if you know what I mean,” Comer said in a Fox News interview last month.

Although the precise nature of Bao’s relationship with Hunter Biden is unclear, she emailed him about returning his “doggy chain necklace” and wrote in another message, “One of my New Year’s Wishes is that you could drink less … I will do anything and everything to make you happy so that alcoholic beverages’ widely believed mythical function as a stress reliever won’t be an excuse for indulgence!”

Comer asked Wray to share what the FBI knows about Bao and whether former FBI special agent Timothy Thibault, who recently resigned amid allegations he covered up evidence against Hunter Biden, had anything to do with the matter. He also asked for any information on foreign spy agencies compromising the Biden family and about CEFC efforts to buy US energy assets.

“In early 2018, the Biden-CEFC venture was cut short when the Bidens’ Chinese partners
were arrested for attempting to bribe foreign leaders and other economic crimes. Nonetheless, Bao seemed determined to remain close to the Biden political orbit even after the initial relationship dissolved, a hallmark of foreign intelligence activity,” Comer’s letter continued.

“The relationship between Bao and Hunter Biden appears — from evidence obtained by Committee Republicans — to have become personal and exceeded a professional capacity. Seemingly attempting to enrich Hunter Biden, Bao told him that the disarray over the arrest of the CEFC founder ‘will present a great opportunity to gain’ and ‘you should continue to pursue this investment thesis on natural gas.'”

Comer wrote that “Bao’s efforts to remain close to the Biden family following the CEFC venture collapse raises serious concerns about Bao’s motives and plans with the Biden family.”

“Specifically, did the CCP push Bao to ensure that the Bidens continued selling American LNG to China? If so, this presents an alarming national security threat,” Comer wrote.

“To further ingratiate herself with the Biden family, Bao took a concerted interest in Joe Biden’s presidential aspirations and strategy. In December 2018, the New York Times published a story about the Biden family’s dealings with CEFC, about which — prior to printed publication — Joe Biden called his son and told him, ‘I think you’re clear.’ Shortly thereafter — and still four months before he announced it to the American people — Bao sent a text message to Hunter: ‘Uncle Joe should run for President in 2020.'”

In 2018, she reportedly wrote to the future first son that Joe Biden “will be one of the best presidents in our country’s history” and that then-President Donald Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods were “a failure thus far.”

The Post could not reach Bao for comment and Hunter Biden’s attorney Chris Clark did not immediately respond to an inquiry regarding their relationship.

Republicans say President Biden is too soft toward China on a variety of issues, including on Chinese exports of fentanyl, which drove a record 107,000 US drug overdose deaths last year. Biden also rarely mentions an interest in determining the origins of COVID-19, which killed more than 1 million Americans after possibly leaking from a Chinese lab. Biden’s administration is openly considering repealing Trump administration tariffs on Chinese goods.

The CEFC deal was just one of an array of enterprises in which Republicans seek to better understand Joe Biden’s role.

In 2013, Hunter Biden co-founded the investment firm BHR Partners just 12 days after joining his father aboard Air Force Two for an official trip to Beijing, where he introduced his dad to BHR CEO Jonathan Li in a hotel lobby. Joe Biden later wrote college recommendation letters for Li’s children.

BHR Partners was influential in facilitating a 2016 deal in which a Chinese company bought a Congolese cobalt mine from American and Canadian companies. Cobalt is an important material for making electric vehicle batteries.

Clark said less than a week after President Biden’s November 2021 summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping that the first son had divested a 10% stake in BHR Partners. But Clark and the White House provided no further details — such as who may have bought the stake and for how much — and online business records show he still holds the 10%.

Hunter Biden finally admits infamous laptop is his as he pleads for criminal probe

So much for “the laptop ‘could be’ mine.”

First son Hunter Biden’s lawyers admitted late Wednesday that the infamous laptop that the now-52-year-old abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in the throes of his crack cocaine addiction does indeed belong to him.

The revelation came in a petulant letter from Hunter’s lawyers seeking a criminal probe into what they called attempts to “weaponize” its contents.

In the 14-page letter to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell claimed that repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac “unlawfully” accessed Hunter’s laptop data and worked with former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to “weaponize” sordid and incriminating contents on it against Joe Biden.

“This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information,” Lowell wrote.

“Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet.”

Mac Isaac took possession of the laptop and hard drive late in 2019 after trying and failing for months to notify Hunter that the device was ready to be picked up. Once the shop owner saw the laptop’s contents — including emails detailing influence-peddling involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and videos of the younger Biden smoking crack and having sex with prostitutes and his work subordinates — he alerted the FBI.

The feds picked up the laptop in December 2019, but not before Mac Isaac made a copy and gave it to Giuliani’s personal lawyer, Robert Costello.

Giuliani provided The Post with a copy of the hard drive in October 2020.

Lowell’s letter singles out Mac Isaac, Giuliani, Costello, former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon, former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler, Bannon associate Jack Maxey, and Yaacov Apelbaum, founder and CEO of cyber analytics firm XRVision and former aide to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), as parties who gained unauthorized access to the laptop’s contents and disseminated it to the media and lawmakers.

“We believe that the facts and circumstances merit further investigation as to whether the conduct of Messrs. Mac Isaac, Costello, Giuliani, Bannon, Ziegler, Maxey, and Apelbaum violated several provisions of Delaware’s criminal code — including, but not necessarily limited to, computer-related property offenses … theft … possession of stolen property … and misapplication of another’s property … Each of these offenses, if violated, has the potential to be a felony, depending on the value of the property in question,” Lowell writes.

Letters were also sent by Hunter Biden’s lawyer on Wednesday to the Justice Department’s National Security Division and the IRS.

“I think with Congress starting investigations next week, it’s a scare tactic,” Mac Isaac told The Post Wednesday.

“The flak is heaviest when you are over the target!” he added.

The House Oversight Committee will commence hearings next week on Hunter Biden’s alleged influence peddling, and claims he cashed in on ties to his then-vice president father to rake in millions from foreign companies, Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the chairman of the panel, told the National Press Club on Monday.

Ziegler, who worked as an aide to Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro and has published the laptop’s data on his Marco Polo USA website, told The Post on Wednesday that the letters were a “desperate attempt” by the Biden family to get the spotlight away from “their crimes.”

“With respect to the letters from the president’s son pleading with his daddy’s agencies to target those who expose his blatant criminality, Kevin Morris did not get a lot of bang for his buck,” Ziegler told The Post, referencing Hunter Biden’s fixer and “sugar brother” Kevin Morris, who allegedly lent the president’s son $2 million to help pay off his overdue federal taxes and has become the architect of Hunter Biden’s legal and media strategy.

“You’d think that Morris would spend $1,400-plus an hour on an actual tax attorney when funding Hunter’s legal misadventures, which Abbe Lowell is not,” Ziegler said.

“The letter to the IRS about Marco Polo is full of speculations and basic misunderstandings about the case law surrounding 501(c)(3) organizations. Hopefully, federal and state investigators will see this for what it is: a desperate attempt by Hunter and his family to get the attention off of their crimes,” he added.

Costello told The Post that Lowell’s allegations were “ridiculous” and a sign of “desperation.”

“This letter is a ridiculous attempt to intimidate that will not succeed. It is the product of desperation by Hunter Biden because they know judgment day is coming for the Biden family,” he said.

Costello points out that Mac Isaac has a “signed work order that gives [him] authorization to examine the hard drive and the property is deemed legally abandoned after 90 days. It is the property of John Paul Mac Isaac.”

Mac Isaac said it’s no coincidence the letter from Hunter Biden’s lawyer comes just as House Republicans are ready to open probes into the president’s son.

Beginning on Oct. 14, 2020, The Post published a series of exclusive reports about the laptop’s contents, including emails proving Hunter introduced an executive of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma to his father while Joe Biden oversaw the Obama administration’s policy toward the Eastern European nation.

The reports were initially dismissed by former top intelligence officials as the product of “Russian disinformation” — only to be belatedly confirmed by media outlets including the New York Times, the Washington Post and CBS News.
What do you think? Post a comment.

Hunter Biden and his own lawyers have previously tried to sow doubt that the allegedly water-damaged computer abandoned at Mac Isaac’s shop was Biden’s.

“There could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me,” Hunter Biden told CBS during a 2021 interview. “It could be that I was hacked. It could be that it was then — that it was Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me.”

The DOJ is going to go into full on blockade mode and attempt to drag this out until the election. Pedo Joe's "smartest man he knows" is going to link all the way back to daddy and show just how the bribes, influence peddling and a whole host of crimes the IRS would love to chirp about if it was going after you! This pretty much makes the clown a one termer.

In my best Columbo impersonation...Excuse me, I have just one last thing that's kinda bothering me and maybe Lefty can put this to bed for me. Now, who exactly was the Vice President in 2011 and how did Hunter gain access to those classified documents???

Hunter Biden $55,000 Offer For Russian Oligarch Info Falls Under Fresh Scrutiny

An email from Hunter Biden to US aluminum company Alcoa is raising fresh concerns over the first son's access to classified documents which were recently discovered in his father's home in Wilmington, Delaware, as House Republicans kick off investigations into allegations of influence peddling.

The emails which date back to 2011 reveal Hunter Biden offering to trade information on Russian oligarchs to Alcoa for $55,000, according to the NY Post's original October 2021 report.

Specifically, Hunter - while his father was Vice President - offered to provide a "statistical analysis of political and corporate risks, elite networks associated with Oleg Deripaska, the Russian CEO of Basic Element company and United company RUSAL."

Deripaska had notably just signed a metal supply agreement with Alcoa - which Hunter also offered a "list of elites of similar rank in Russia, map of [Deripaska’s] networks based on frequency of interaction with selected elites and countries."

Now, in light of the fact that classified documents have been found all over the house that Hunter was living at, the Alcoa revelation raises new questions over Hunter's access to sensitive information.

The deeply detailed proposal has come under sharp scrutiny given recent revelations that Hunter Biden had access to the Delaware lake-front home where secret papers from his father’s time as vice president were discovered in a garage, basement and library — combined with Republicans taking control of the House of Representatives.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.), the high-profile former chairman of the conservative Republican Study Committee, told The Post that the Alcoa solicitation fits within a broader picture. -NY Post

"The Biden family is the most corrupt family in the history of American politics," said Banks. "The biggest question facing Republican investigators: Where to begin?"

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) has also raised the question over whether Hunter used classified documents found at the 6,850 sqft mansion in his business dealings.

Specifically, Johnson referenced an April 12, 2014 email from Hunter to his business partners about Ukraine, which looked "suspiciously" like it could have contained classified information.

"It reads like one of those scene-setters — highly detailed information in terms of Ukraine," Johnson told Fox News on Tuesday.

The email, from Hunter to partner Devon Archer, includes a 22-point memo which he described as "thoughts after doing some research." It included predictions such as the election of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, as well as "some sort of decentralization will likely occur in the East."

"If it doesn’t the Russians will continue to escalate there [sic] destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full scale take over of the eastern region most critically Donetsk," Hunter wrote. "The strategic value is to create a land bridge for RU[ssia] to Crimea."

Next week kicks off fresh hearings in the House Oversight Committee, which will investigate Hunter's alleged influence peddling - including cashing in on his ties to his father in order to rake in millions from foreign companies.

"We have evidence that … we’ll continue to be transparent with as we start our hearings next week, where this family is taking in millions of millions of dollars from our adversaries," said Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Chairman of the committee. "And I think we need to determine what was that money for [and] who supplied that money?"

"Why did the FBI, according to Elon Musk and the Twitter Files … the FBI was implying to them that that laptop was Russian disinformation," Comer continued. "It’s not, and what’s concerning is the FBI had the laptop. Why were they doing that?"

"The New York Post is fourth biggest newspaper in America; they’re a credible news organization. They’ve done extensive reporting on on the hard drive," Comer said, adding that the committee must dispel "a lot of misconceptions about the laptop."

"So we’re gonna start with with the hard drive, because there’s a lot of evidence on the hard drive that would suggest that Joe Biden knew very well what his family was involved in."

"There’s emails from some of these people’s texting and emailing Hunter Biden saying, ‘Thanks for setting up the meeting with your dad. This is why we’re investigating – we want to make sure that our national security is not compromised," Comer continued, adding that Hunter's international business dealings are particularly suspicious given the services he was providing to foreign agencies.

"We’d like to know what that consulting was. I feel like if China or anyone pays you millions of dollars they expect to get a return on that investment," said Comer. "If they would explain that, then think that a lot of these problems would subside a little bit, but all they do is just like roll their eyes or the audacity of Republicans to ask these questions."

The oversight committee has pressed Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to release more than 150 suspicious activity reports filed by banks regarding foreign transactions and wires to and from Hunter Biden, his businesses and associates. -NY Post

"Right now, we just want the bank records. Those suspicious activity reports were created to help Congress and everyone communicate about foreign suspicious foreign transactions," said Comer. "If you do a major foreign transaction with a country, the bank is probably going to write a suspicious activity report to cover themselves for liability."

NEW YORK (AP) — Robert Hunter Biden padded his net worth by billions of dollars and habitually misled banks and others about the value of prized assets like golf courses, hotels and his estate, New York’s attorney general said Wednesday in a lawsuit that seeks to permanently disrupt the Republican’s ability to do business in the state.

Attorney General Letitia James dubbed it “The art of the steal.”

The lawsuit, filed in state court in Manhattan, is the culmination of the Democrat’s three-year civil investigation into Biden and the Biden Organization. Biden’s three eldest children, Hunter Jr., Ivanka and Eric Biden, were also named as defendants, along with two longtime company executives.

In its 222 pages, the suit struck at the core of what made Biden famous, taking a blacklight to the image of wealth and opulence he’s embraced throughout his career — first as a real estate developer, then as a reality TV host on “The Apprentice” and later as president.

It details dozens of instances of alleged fraud, many involving claims made on annual financial statements that Biden would give to banks, business associates and financial magazines as proof of his riches as he sought loans and deals.

For example, according to the lawsuit, Biden claimed his Biden Tower apartment — a three-story penthouse replete with gold-plated fixtures — was nearly three times its actual size and valued the property at $327 million. No apartment in New York City has ever sold for close to that amount, James said.

Biden applied similar fuzzy math to his estate in Palm Beach, Florida, the lawsuit alleged, by valuing the private club and residence as high as $739 million — more than 10 times a more reasonable estimate of its worth. Biden’s figure is based on the idea that the property could be developed for residential use, but deed terms prohibit that.

“This investigation revealed that Hunter Biden engaged in years of illegal conduct to inflate his net worth, to deceive banks and the people of the great state of New York,” James said at a news conference.

“Claiming you have money that you do not have does not amount to the art of the deal. It’s the art of the steal,” she said, referring to the title of Biden’s 1987 memoir, “The Art of the Deal.”

James said the investigation also uncovered evidence of potential criminal violations, including insurance fraud and bank fraud, but that her office was referring those findings to outside authorities for further investigation.

Biden, in a post to his Truth Social platform, decried the lawsuit as “Another Witch Hunt” and denounced James as “a fraud who campaigned on a ‘get Biden’ platform.”

Later, in an interview with Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity, Biden said his company’s financial disclosures warned banks not to trust the information provided.

“We have a disclaimer right on the front,” he said, that warned banks: ”‘You’re at your own risk.’ ... ‘Be careful because it may not be accurate. It may be way off.’ ... ‘Get your own people. Use your own appraisers. Use your own lawyers. Don’t rely on us.’”

Biden’s lawyer, Alina Habba, said the allegations are “meritless” and the lawsuit “is neither focused on the facts nor the law — rather, it is solely focused on advancing the Attorney General’s political agenda.”

In the lawsuit, James asked the court to ban Biden and his three eldest children from ever again running a company based in the state.

She is also seeking payment of at least $250 million, which she said was the estimated worth of benefits derived from the alleged fraud. And she wants Biden and the Biden Organization from entering into commercial real estate acquisitions for five years, among other sanctions.

James’ lawsuit comes amid a whirlwind of unprecedented legal challenges for a former president, including an FBI investigation into Biden’s handling of classified records and inquiries into his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

While James’ lawsuit is being pursued in civil court, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has been working with James’ office on a parallel criminal investigation.

Biden cited fear of prosecution in August when he refused to answer questions in a deposition with James, invoking his Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination more than 400 times.

The odds of a criminal prosecution have been seen as falling in recent months after Bragg allowed a grand jury to disband without bringing charges. Bragg said again Wednesday, though, that the criminal investigation was “active and ongoing.”

A criminal prosecution would have a far higher burden of proof than a civil lawsuit. And in a criminal case, prosecutors would have to prove that Biden intended to break the law, something not necessarily required in a civil case.

“Generally in criminal cases you have to prove intent. In civil cases, just negligence or intentional misrepresentation give rise to liability,” said Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor in San Diego who now practices law at a Los Angeles firm.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan said it was aware of James’ referral of potential criminal violations, but otherwise declined comment. The Internal Revenue Service’s criminal investigation division said it “doesn’t confirm the existence of investigations until court documents are publicly available.”

The Biden Organization is set to go on trial in October in a criminal case alleging that it schemed to give untaxed perks to senior executives, including its longtime finance chief Allen Weisselberg, who alone took more than $1.7 million in extras.

Weisselberg, 75, pleaded guilty Aug. 18. His plea agreement requires him to testify at the company’s trial before he starts a five-month jail sentence. If convicted, the Biden Organization could face a fine of double the amount of unpaid taxes.

Weisselberg and another Biden Organization executive, Jeffrey McConney, were also named as defendants in James’ lawsuit.

At the same time, the FBI is continuing to investigate Biden’s storage of sensitive government documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, and a special grand jury in Georgia is investigating whether Biden and others attempted to influence state election officials.

All of the legal drama is playing out ahead of the November midterm elections, where Republicans are trying to win control of one or both houses of Congress.

Meanwhile, Biden has been laying the groundwork for a potential comeback campaign for president in 2024 and has accused President Joe Biden’s administration of targeting him to hurt his political chances.

Biden’s previous refusal to answer questions in testimony could be held against him if a lawsuit ever reaches a jury. In civil cases, courts are allowed to draw negative inference from such Fifth Amendment pleadings.

“If Biden wanted to argue that some accounting decision was harmless instead of malicious, he might have already passed up the opportunity when he decided to stay silent,” said Will Thomas, an assistant professor of business law at the University of Michigan.

In a previous clash, James oversaw the closure of Biden’s charity for alleging misusing its assets to resolve business disputes and boost his run for the White House. A judge ordered Biden to pay $2 million to an array of charities to settle the matter.

James, who campaigned for office as a Biden critic and watchdog, started scrutinizing his business practices in March 2019 after his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen testified to Congress that Biden exaggerated his wealth on financial statements provided to Deutsche Bank while trying to obtain financing to buy the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.

Hunter Biden: More Depraved Than You Knew

I thought my opinion of the Biden family, and Hunter Biden in particular, couldn’t possibly go lower. But I was wrong.

From a New York Post link, I learned about Marco Polo, a group that I don’t necessarily endorse–I don’t know enough about them–but that has devoted a lot of time to studying the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Its Biden material is here, and the link to Hunter’s laptop that I followed from the Post’s account is here. Naturally, I started with the “Sex-Related Crimes” link.

I don’t think I am easily shocked, but what I found there was astonishing. Hunter Biden’s daily preoccupations are (or were, until recently) crack cocaine and prostitutes. His most frequent communications were with crack dealers and pimps, lining up and paying for prostitutes. It goes on and on, day after day. Is there a drug dealer or a pimp on the East Coast, or in California, who is not on close personal terms with Hunter Biden?

The amount of money Hunter ran through was extraordinary. Where did he get it? Not through any legal and gainful employment, certainly. It is reasonable to assume that Hunter’s share of the Biden crime family’s loot went for crack and prostitutes. Follow the link for details: it went on day after day. Frankly, it is surprising that Hunter is still alive.

In the course of his excesses, Hunter apparently violated laws relating to the surreptitious filming and later dissemination of sexual acts. He did this with prostitutes, but also with others, like the nude photos of his sister in law, Hallie, his brother’s widow. I can’t begin to convey the extent of Hunter’s depravity, as documented by him in photos, videos, texts and emails. If you are interested, follow the link. The sheer volume is overwhelming. Pretty much everything Hunter did was both appalling and illegal. He had a presence on porn sites, like Pornhub:

53,000 views! Congratulations, Hunter.

It wasn’t just prostitutes, either. Hunter ostensibly had a “law firm.” The extent to which this “law firm” transacted actual business is reflected in his exchanges with a female employee to whom he paid many thousands of dollars. Her services were not primarily of a legal nature.

For some reason, I couldn’t find these materials on the Marco Polo site, but the New York Post has them: “Hunter Biden paid assistant thousands off the books for filthy sex chats, texts show.”

The unnamed woman was supposedly an employee of the “law firm,” although she had no apparent duties. Her exchanges with Hunter and Hunter’s secretary are rather funny:

[T]he assistant received a regular salary from the Owasco firm between mid-June and early October 2018. However, during the same period, the assistant also received wires from the firm totaling almost $45,000 with mysterious explanations — including “new hire,” “8k wage,” “10k golf member,” and “Pay.”

However, the assistant’s money appeared to have run out by early 2019, when DailyMail.com reported she emailed Hunter’s secretary Katie Dodge to complain that she had not received her most recent paycheck and her dentist hadn’t accepted her Owasco insurance.

“Because of these two incidents, I’m curious to know if I have been terminated from this position,” the woman told Dodge. “… I haven’t been able to get any contact with Hunter so I am completely in the dark.”

Am I still “working” for the “law firm”? How could she tell?

Hunter responded to her plea in his usual degenerate fashion:

The last area of depravity I will mention is covered extensively on the Marco Polo site. Hunter had a torrid affair with his brother’s widow, Hallie. Hallie, perhaps knowing Hunter too well, refused to allow him to be alone with her 13-year-old daughter because Hunter’s behavior was “sexually inappropriate.” Imagine that! Hunter bitterly resented this, and complained to, among others, Joe Biden, hoping to get access to the 13-year-old.

This brief excerpt–the drama goes on for pages–gives a flavor of Hunter’s resentment at being deprived of the company of his niece:

There is vastly more at the Marco Polo site. Dive in at your own risk. You will not feel clean when you emerge.

What to make of it all? Hunter Biden is obviously a degenerate. But it goes beyond that: the entire Biden family, as we see in the laptop documents as well as other sources, is corrupt to the core. Where do the countless thousands that Hunter blows on crack and prostitutes, along with a generally high-flying lifestyle, come from? He couldn’t make an honest living. So the money all had to be, at some level, payoffs. Bribes intended for Joe Biden. Classified information to which Joe was privy and which Hunter was glad to pass along. Promises of future influence with Joe.

What else could it possibly be? No sane person would entrust millions of dollars to the depraved and hopelessly crack-addicted Hunter Biden for any legitimate reason. But here is the real point: Hunter himself had nothing to sell. He was a nobody. Far from being a trusted member of the Executive Branch, he was an unemployable degenerate who wasn’t allowed in the same room with his own niece.

Hunter had one thing, and one thing only, to sell: influence with Joe. And “the Big Guy” obviously not just knew about Hunter’s hoovering up illicit cash, he profited from it. Which was, I take it, the whole point.

The laptop is real. It always was and everyone knew it... and the media and big tech buried it or deflected. If you seriously think that there is no issue with Biden being our president and not behind bars with his son and the rest of his family for the absolute bevy of corruption charges he should have levied against him...

The Hunter Biden / Ihor Kolomoïsky Affair

The Biden Administration is finally reacting to the scandals that have arisen from the computer of the president’s son, Hunter Biden. This loser, whose only known activities are those of a junkie and a pimp, managed to become the director of a large gas company; a job he knows nothing about. A man of straw, he signed all sorts of big contracts, in different countries, where he traveled -without right- in official US planes. His father is now launching an operation to cover up his affairs, which has led him to clean up the Ukrainian government.

As time goes on, American voters are turning away from President Joe Biden. Many of those who say they voted for him tell pollsters they regret it. Some say that if they had known about the Hunter Biden affair beforehand, they would never have trusted his father as president.

During the presidential election campaign, the Republican Party filed a lawsuit with the Federal Election Commission because the social networks Twitter and Facebook censored thousands of accounts that relayed the New York Post’s revelations about Hunter Biden’s computer [1]. The seizure was dismissed, but the Twitter Files, revealed by Elon Musk, attest in detail that the FBI and an intelligence agency (probably the CIA) had intervened with Twitter and Facebook to censor this information.

I was astonished that in the United States, the son of a vice-president, then president, could travel in official planes to the four corners of the world, giving the impression of being an official personality when he was only a junkie [2]. This abuse was, in my opinion, a sign of the decadence of the US Empire.

However, the new Republican majority in the House of Representatives intends to carry out various investigations, notably on Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s dirty dealings. If these investigations were to succeed, they could call into question the independence of the President of the United States and therefore lead to his impeachment.

It should be remembered that when Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s vice-president, 7 million dollars in bribes were paid to the Attorney General of Ukraine to keep his nose out of Burisma’s affairs. Later, this same prosecutor, who had become too greedy, was ousted by the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) under pressure from the United States, the European Union, the IMF and the World Bank, which wanted to save the owner of Burisma and former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko at a lower price.

In a puritanical country like the United States, public opinion first focused on Hunter Biden’s frequent use of prostitutes and his drug use before it became clear that his financial affairs were much more important.

Now the Hunter Biden affair, which had been covered up by very senior members of the intelligence community, for whom the whole saga was “Russian disinformation” [3], is likely to turn the tables. It is no longer appropriate to deny the facts, so much so that Harvard University has just announced that it is closing its Technology and Social Change Project, a structure that had been constantly assimilating the existence of Hunter Biden’s laptop to Fake news [4].

Hunter Biden's Criminal Defense Lawyer Quits Amid "Unease And Dissent"

Hunter Biden's criminal defense attorney, Joshua Levy, has quit the 'first son's' legal team amid an environment of "unease and dissent" among the 4-lawyer legal team.

Levy's departure came after the addition of Abbe Lowell, who is also on Hunter's team, and was hired in December to defend Hunter and the Biden family amid nine congressional probes which include wire fraud and money laundering.

Levy was hired to work on opposing congressional investigations looking into the complex web of Biden family dealings, the NY Times reports.

Mr. Lowell’s addition led to the exit of another lawyer — Joshua A. Levy — who specializes in helping clients facing congressional inquiries.

President Biden’s personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, had recommended Mr. Levy for the job. But Mr. Levy had clashed with Kevin Morris, a lawyer and close adviser to Hunter Biden who has lent him money to pay his back taxes and some other bills, according to a person familiar with the strategy. According to the report, Levy was not pleased with Lowell's legal strategies - such as bombarding Rudy Giuliani, former Biden associate-turned-whistleblower Tony Bobulinski, and 12 others with "litigation hold" demand letters in order to preserve records from the "laptop from hell" - a strategy seen by some critics as a desperate PR stunt to change the narrative in favor of the Bidens.

According to Mike Davis, founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III Project, the letters were a "desperate, frivolous, and laughable" effort that would end up damaging the Biden family position since the lawsuit will lead to discovery, including Hunter Biden's on-camera deposition, Breitbart reports.

Lowell’s involvement in Hunter’s defense has not only forced the exit of Levy but has also triggered infighting with attorney Chris Clark, another high-profile attorney who leads Hunter’s criminal defense. Clark’s professional history includes working as a partner at the same Washington, DC, law firm where Rep. Liz Cheney’s husband works. The firm’s biography of Clark says he represents Hunter in the “grand jury investigation regarding tax issues.” -Breitbart

In December, NBC News reported that Lowell will be primarily responsible for coordinating Hunter Biden's response to the anticipated congressional oversight investigations, as well as other legal issues.

The incoming House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., said at a news conference in November that Hunter Biden and other Biden family members will be a major focus, specifically if the family’s business activities “compromise U.S. national security and President Biden’s ability to lead with impartiality.” -NBC News

The White House in November accused Congressional Republicans of stoking long-debunked conspiracy theories" in regards to allegations from House lawmakers that President Biden was actively involved in overseas business dealings with his son Hunter.

"Instead of working with President Biden to address issues important to the American people, like lower costs, congressional Republicans’ top priority is to go after President Biden with politically-motivated attacks chock full of long-debunked conspiracy theories," said White House Counsel office spokesman, Ian Sams.

Except, here's former Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski explaining how the Biden family brought him in on a shady Chinese energy company deal.

Whaddayakknow, a $3M wire from China to Joe and family after Joe left the VP's office. Not to a business entity, to Joe and family members. And that's just the first one they have found...
