Got a ladder... need to get up and check my gutters.

If the roof isn't too tall, just video the gutter with a long selfie stick.

I did the gutter thing a couple days ago. All the slop in them was frozen though, so I got what I could. Hopefully it's enough.

You guys inspired me. Hit the gutters with a blower this afternoon

He's getting half dose. They actually even cut them in half for me. But if I find it online... I still need a script even for a dog, right?

Gave him a half pill last night. On our walk this morning he was wanting to jump around and play with every dog we saw. I think he's gonna pull through. lol

Yes, in my experience, you’d have to provide an RX on online orders. I’m no dog doctor. If it were my pup, a half pill today and tomorrow and then if the pill could be halved again, I’d do that for two days, then cut him off.

You don’t want him addicted, stop working and voting blue.

Took a Pyrex dish of chili with me to work. My lunchbag gets scrubs folded up in the bottom and my food on top. Get to work, put food in fridge, take bag n scrubs to locker room to change into my nurse costume.

Lid leaked. Looks like I have a squirt of chit down yhe leg of my pants.

Gotta have the supervisor get me a clean pair from surgery.

It's an anti-inflammatory/pain reliever like Ibuprofen. I think he's probably not gonna get strung out, ya know?

He's addicted to treats, though. 😰

8,000 steps-4.2 miles. Not quite Deadeyedick's 5 miles, but on the board.
He probably has a better view for his walks. Mine was nearly entirely in the basement.

I was gonna say, you’ve got quite a stride. Takes me around 10,000 to reach 4 miles. I’m guessing you’re on a treadmill?

Lately about half of my morning walks have been in the dark. Gonna need to adjust my internal clock.

I don't know what kind of step count you get with a treadmill but I sure get different numbers with GPS gizmos. A typical 5 miler using my cell says about 10,400 but my Garmin golf watch will say around 9,800. The cell only updates about every 10-15 minutes so I'm thinking it really just uses a distance conversion into a typical stride to count steps. I'm motivating so my stride is much longer than an average walk.

My fitbit says daily average is just under 12k steps. Some days are 6k some days are 25k. Gridlife events I'll hit 50k or more.

But 12k is 5.5 miles according to the thing. I don't think I ever measured or entered stride length. Dunno if it uses GPS, but most of my movement is inside a large building so I don't know if GPS works there.

I still am a fat lazy fvck. Steps don't mean a damn thing it's how you do those steps. I rarely break a leisurely pace cause then I get short of breath and sweaty. Still, can't imagine how bad I'd be if I didn't do those steps.

Yeah, well... can't argue that.

Mornin' dudes. Up and got the puppy dog walked. I've been trying to fast for a week now and I always end up eating something. Today, dammit... I mean bidness. No coffee or creamer this morning so the last time I ate was a few biscoff crackers at around 8pm last night.

Shooting for tomorrow after the walk. 36-ish hours.

Morning, peoples. Spose'ta rain. Looks like it will. If so, I'll zig outside work. If not I'll zag inside work.

Good Sunday Morning! It's 60° on the way to 66° and overcast.

Overnight a lot more trees turned color. Let the leaves come tumbling down, but watch out for Stagger Lee.

Moderate day today. Sunny and mid 50's low 60's.

Gotta fix a neighbors computer then maybe head out for lunch. A new diner opened up last week just around the corner doing just breakfast and lunch. So far it's got great reviews from the town folks. Will prolly check it out.

Now that schools done, it feels odd to have some extra spare time.

Arsenal 5 Nottingham Forest 0. Superb start to the sporting day.

Wife picked up a gallon of chicken booyah from a church today. $30?!

Seems excessive?
