Kindle is misplaced. Common areas have been scanned. Steps have been retraced. Began a room by room search yesterday scouring every inch with no success so far.

I looked in the last place I thought I left it. I was apparently mistaken in my misplacement

Made a few jars of kimchi today. There's a million different recipes and they all claim to be the right one. So I also bought 3 different brands of kimchi from stores. There's 2 brands/flavors I like and I only bought one of them. Their ingredient list was not the recipe I used.

Whole house stinks of fish sauce now. If you haven't smelled fish sauce, the name isn't sufficiently off-putting. It doesn't smell like just dead fish. That smell is there, but it's rich in the aromas of wet feet and sweaty asscrack. I do enjoy it in some dishes, but it smells horrible.

3 big Mason jars are filled in the basement to ferment for a week.
