Yo gents! All coffeed up but it's dark out there and 55 only going to 61, might rain, might not.

The rain two days ago along with the weight of hundreds of ripe lemons has caused my tree to split at the trunk. Gonna have to saw off about 30% of one side so it's going to be one ugly tree. Picked about 150 from the damaged side and put them out on the street for the neighborhood to take.

Sciatica sucks... sometimes it requires surgery.. I hope you find an alternative... 🙏

I never found a doctor who would recommend surgery. Tried acupuncture, stretching routine, chiropractors, etc. It comes and it goes iffn' you are careful.

A friend of mine slipped on wet tile Christmas day and threw her back out. Ordered this on Amazon and swears it's working for her.

I will occasionally get lower back pain in that sciatic nerve area. I can usually resolve it with stretching. Gotta stretch them glutes.

Have it in my right leg. When it flares up it's painful. When it was at it's worse it was like a lightening bolt of pain that would shoot down my ass cheek to my toes. It would last for weeks and sometimes my toes would go numb. I'd pop over the counter pain meds (ibuprofen, acetaminophen) all day long to take the edge off but I found naproxen (Aleve) to work the best.

Finally ended up talking to my doctor about it and he said eating these over the counter meds would screw up my tummy and my liver. He prescribed a daily low dose of amitriptyline and some stretches for my lower back along with not doing stupid stuff like lifting heavy $hit and twisting.

Haven't had a major flare up in a few years since.

Just got back from my 3rd interview for the IT position at a company that has contracts with some local area schools and municipalities (town halls, police, fire, EMT) for IT support. I think it went well. They said I should hear back from them by the end of next week.

I hope I get the gig, it sounds like a great opportunity.
