I seen Tucson got snow as well.... Pincal Peaks Steakhouse posted it on my newsfeed this morning... when the Mrs. and I ride out to AZ on the Harley this next Summer... I'm taking her there for Dinner!!! it's only 1400+ miles from home for a good Steak!!! 🇨🇮 🇨🇮

The original was at Pinnacle Peak (the mountain peak) outside of Scottsdale since 1957. They would cut off your tie iffn you wore one and hang it in the rafters. It closed in 2015 since that land became very expensive and is now multi-million dollar houses.

Shortly after a meeting One on one with the Mayor and him telling me "I have them by the Arse" that was last Wednesday at the local watering hole, and then a meeting with one of the Council Members (I took two witness's with me) he didn't expect that and All I asked from both these men in our Special Meeting for my rezoning. I brought to light these years of Zoning infractions that took place from previous council and zoning board members that spans Decades and that was and is continuing today... I left that meeting last Thursday afternoon with an offer from said council member, That if I give them a few months I will have my rezoning and a promise they would start cleaning out their Closet and be more Transparent Government.

By Noon on Thursday I get a call from a woman almost in tears, her Boyfriend (A Prominent Famrer and well known to this community) was getting out of Extended Care Living on March 1st and he and her have been served with a Letter from the Mayor to clean up "HER" property an OV and have been to court over said issue. her property is two streets over from ours and these events to her and her Boyfriend had just started on 12/19/2022 the City attorney in court proceedings 1/30/2023 moved the hearing date up to 5/8/23 and she and her Attorney do not know why because they were ready to clear this up before her Boyfriend was released to Home Care (She is a Home Nurse Certified BTW) and coming home March 1st.

I directed her to the Attorney General's Office in Springfield Because no city council member would speak with her and one of them lives two houses up from her property? BUT One of the city Council Members did enquire from her what she was asking on the Property if she were to sell?

Manufacturing/Process engineer with Avery Dennison. Phone interview last Tues went well with the HR so they set up a Zoom interview yesterday with hiring manager. That went well. This coming Tues is a 3rd interview for face to face with the senior management team and plant tour.

They want a hands on, on the floor problem solving engineer. Some of the ones that they had before were egocentric and didn't like getting dirty (this coming from the hiring manager). This facility had a shake up and kicked out some of the old school folks that didn't like change. They are bringing some fresh blood to get them current with the times. This facility is lagging behind in implementing ERP/MRP systems and a lot of stuff is still done on paper. They also are trying to implement and embrace a lean manufacturing culture.
