Waiting for watch to be delivered by FedEx from factory after repairs and an online seminar on recent Florida insurance and tort deform in like 10 minutes.
Nothing else going on or planned.

The DED quarterly investment report. Getting all the numbers from the sites before the market opens and everything changes.

Watch came back from factory in better than 98.2% prefect condition. Better than the day I bought it due to fresh polishing, cleaning, replacement of all gaskets, new internal parts and new crown! Two year warranty on it all. Good again to 300 meters- as if I'll ever dive again let alone deeper than 90 feet. I didn't pay relatively much for it, but it is a sought after used, no longer produced, TAG Heuer worth to 3x what I paid for it. Maybe time to sell it and buy a couple really nice watches, one for water/daily and the other for dress?

Tort Deform seminar was good. Anyone who is injured in Florida due to negligence, will simply lose their mind how heavily the new laws restrict their right to recover damages including future medical expenses and attorney fees when they prevail at trial. Watered down looser pay rules for insurance companies.

Significant parts will be deemed unconstitutional. Actual statutes passed will require some overturning almost 15 FSC cases that have been around for decades and some close to a century, which is unlikely.

Many, many, many 1,000s of people with straight-forward, run of the mill claims (homes, auto , business insurances, etc.) will get caught up in the state constitutional challenges and issues, which will take years up to seven years to get through the court system.

And, the new laws will stimulate a lot more lawsuits, previously unnecessary litigation, and more full jury trials, which is going to result in massive, unnecessary expenses to the state.

-Flies in, making a bunch of noise.
-Chhitting everywhere, then flying out.

The saving grace was at 9:00 he and his wife was picked up and whisked them away to the Brewers home opener.

Truly understands the little guy.
