FBI refuses to give Congress informant file alleging Biden took bribes as vice president



The FBI has refused to give Congress an informant file alleging that President Biden took bribes while he was vice president, The Post has learned — setting up a possible showdown over access to the information.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued a legally binding subpoena last week requiring the FBI to turn over the file by noon Wednesday, but the bureau instead replied with a six-page letter raising various objections.

“Information from confidential human sources is unverified and, by definition, incomplete,” wrote FBI acting assistant director for congressional affairs Christopher Dunham, who also argued that informant reports must also be kept private to protect sources.

“As is clear from the name itself, confidentiality is definitional to the FBI’s Confidential Human Source program,” Dunham wrote. “Confidential human sources often provide information to the FBI at great risk to themselves and their loved ones. The information they provide also can create significant risks to others who may be referenced in their reporting.”

The FBI official concluded: “We … hope this helps you understand that keeping this kind of source information free from the perception or reality of improper influence — and preventing the redirection of this information for non-law enforcement or non-intelligence uses — is necessary for the FBI’s effective execution of our law enforcement and national security responsibilities.”

Comer slammed the FBI’s stonewalling, but he did not immediately announce further steps to acquire the document. Congress has the power to apply financial pressure to agencies and can also use litigation to enforce its orders or attempt to shame officials through contempt votes.

“It’s clear from the FBI’s response that the unclassified record the Oversight Committee subpoenaed exists, but they are refusing to provide it to the Committee,” Comer said.

“We’ve asked the FBI to not only provide this record, but to also inform us what it did to investigate these allegations,” he added. “The FBI has failed to do both. The FBI’s position is ‘trust, but you aren’t allowed to verify.’ That is unacceptable. We plan to follow up with the FBI and expect compliance with the subpoena.”

An FBI spokesperson shared a comment similar to the letter’s contents.

“An FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting by a confidential human source. Documenting the information does not validate it, establish its credibility, or weigh it against other information verified by the FBI,” the rep said.

“Revealing unverified or possibly incomplete information could harm investigations, prejudice prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputations, create misimpressions in the public, or potentially identify individuals who provide information to law enforcement, placing their physical safety at risk. Information from confidential human sources and members of the public is critical to the work of the FBI and we are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of anyone who comes forward.”

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who passed a whistleblower’s tip about the document to Comer, first broke the news that the FBI did not comply with the writ.

“They didn’t give us the unclassified document. They sent us a five or six-page letter that I haven’t studied thoroughly yet,” Grassley told The Post at the Capitol.

“They didn’t dispute that it exists — that the document exists or that it is unclassified … why they haven’t given it, I don’t know.”

The document subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee is an FD-1023 informant report that was “created or modified in June 2020″ — months before Biden won the presidency.

In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Comer and Grassley wrote last week, “We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures.”

“Based on those disclosures,” the Republicans wrote, “it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

As vice president, Joe Biden regularly interacted with his relatives’ international business associates from countries including China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Russia and Ukraine.

The FBI refused to hand over the document just hours after Comer hosted a press conference where he identified nine Biden family members who allegedly received foreign income under what he and fellow committee Republicans described as suspicious circumstances involving little or no actual work.

“I think the American people deserve to know whether or not the president himself is a crook,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) told The Post. “I hope Joe Biden will cooperate fully with the investigation. If he has nothing to hide, he should turn over everything the committee is asking for.”

Hawley added that if Biden accepted bribes, Republicans would bring impeachment charges — saying, “Did that happen? We don’t know. This is why we have to get the facts. If the president has nothing to hide, he should be all for transparency.”

The Oversight Committee recently subpoenaed bank records from Biden family associates and reviewed more than 150 Suspicious Activity Reports filed by banks to the Treasury Department regarding possible criminal activity by the first family and their associates.

First son Hunter Biden reportedly has been under federal criminal investigation related to his overseas income since 2018 and his attorneys met with Justice Department leaders April 26 in a sign that a charging decision may come soon.

An IRS whistleblower who supervised the tax-fraud case against Hunter Biden since early 2020 informed Congress last month that he wanted to share information about a coverup in the case after already making disclosures to the Treasury and Justice Department’s inspectors general.

The longtime IRS worker can “contradict sworn testimony to Congress” by Attorney General Merrick Garland — and reveal “examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions,” a letter from his lawyer Mark Lytle said.

Garland said last week that he stands by his testimony to Congress regarding the ability of Delaware US Attorney David Weiss to unilaterally charge Hunter even if crimes occurred outside of the First State.

Weiss is a Trump administration holdover who was recommended to his post in 2017 by Delaware’s two Democratic senators.

NBC reported last month that there is “growing frustration” within the FBI over the fact that Weiss had not yet brought charges after the bureau concluded most of its work last year.

Weiss has been reviewing four possible charges, NBC reported: Two misdemeanor counts of failing to file taxes, a felony count of evading taxes relating to a business expense and a charge of lying on a federal gun purchase form.

It’s unclear if authorities are still considering charges against Hunter for alleged money laundering and failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort was sentenced in 2018 to 60 months in prison specifically for FARA violations related to his work in Ukraine, plus another 30 months for other charges including tax and bank fraud and witness tampering.

Biden And DHS Secretary Claim 'White Supremacy' Is The Greatest US Terror Threat



If you were ever confused as to why the political left has been using the words 'white supremacy' every time they mention conservative ideals in their rhetoric, then you might just be a regular person trying to think logically. After all, millions of minorities are also conservative, libertarian and pro-constitution. Millions of minorities are anti-socialist, pro-2nd Amendment and pro-meritocracy. The accusation of white supremacy simply doesn't apply.

Yet, this narrative continues. Why? It's called social conditioning – Tell a big enough lie, tell it thousands of times, and eventually the public might subconsciously associate conservatives or conservative principles with racism even if the claim is provably false. They will even suggest a conservative is a “white supremacist” despite the fact that he or she is not white.

It's confusing because it defies all reason, but that's the point. You cannot reason with zealotry. You cannot argue facts with mental patients. Their goal is chaos; their strategy is to use madness to bewilder their victims.

Recently we showcased a Department of Homeland Security propaganda program uncovered through FOIA which was intended to use a choose-your-own-adventure style narrative to teach the public how to identify “radicalized” domestic threats. The majority of dangerous persons provided in sample cases were people espousing conservative values. In other words, the DHS is seeking to actively target conservatives as the primary terror threat in the US.

This revelation comes just as the White House launches a domestic terror tour, with Joe Biden proclaiming in an address to the exclusively black Howard University in Washington DC that:

“The most dangerous threat to our homeland is white supremacy … and I’m not just saying this because I’m at a black HBCU.”

Biden warns of “sinister forces” trying to reverse racial progress, stating that the battle against racism is a “battle that's never really over.” But that's because Biden and his associates don't want it to be over, and the sinister force he speaks of trying to reverse racial progress includes people like him.

It's perhaps not a coincidence that Biden makes this declaration just as Title 42 is ending and the US southern border is being overrun will illegal immigrants. It's also probably not a coincidence that Biden's rhetoric is growing ever more divisive as the US economy faces increasing debt crisis risks and a fast approaching presidential election. It makes sense in a disturbing way that the establishment would want to divide America along racial lines as much as possible before stagflation turns into a crash.

Better to let the masses fight each other rather than placing any blame on politicians and corporate leaders where it belongs. And, ideally, the powers-that-be would greatly prefer that liberty minded Americans become the all encompassing bogeyman that they need to distract the populace from their problems. When they say they're going after “white supremacists,” what they really mean is they are targeting anyone of any color that opposes their ideology.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas notes that he agrees with Biden's conclusions and suggests the focus of the DHS will be American citizens. Mayorkas extends Biden's definition of the threat beyond white supremacy, stating that domestic violent extremism are the danger Does this include leftist trans school shooters like Audrey Hale? And what about groups like Antifa engaging in open terrorism in places like Atlanta? Biden and the DHS are ignoring such dangers in favor of a weighted interest in conservative groups.

The trick is that many Americans might not take such rhetoric seriously because they don't see themselves as “surpremacists” or “extremists.” What do they have to worry about? But the truth is that the definition of extremism is changing daily to include values that common people hold dear. Today you are a good and moral person; tomorrow, you're a terrorist. That is how these things have always worked.

By The Standards Democrats Applied To Trump, Joe Biden Is A Traitor



If equal standards were applied, Joe Biden would be impeached both in the press and in Congress for treasonous collusion with foreign governments.

Democrats pursued the most recent Republican president with impeachment three times over allegations he had partnered with a foreign government to influence U.S. government policies. Democrats claimed Donald Trump committed treason because his son had met with a Democrat-planted Russian lobbyist. In exchange for Russian assistance with election-influencing social media memes, the allegations went, Trump’s campaign promised a more Russia-friendly U.S. foreign policy.

Joe Biden’s family’s use of his high-level U.S. government positions to rake in millions from product-free “business deals” has been documented since before the Obama administration, perhaps most extensively by journalist Peter Schweizer. Last week, Republicans in Congress added more evidence to the accruing pile indicating the Biden family has been selling influence with the American government to foreign bidders for decades.

House Republicans called on the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate evidence at least nine Biden family members functioned as cutouts for some $10 million in foreign payments to “the big guy.” The nest of foreign payments to Biden family members under nearly two dozen shell companies looks like a mafia ledger.

Corporate outlets largely ignored the new evidence that would have led to another impeachment push if Trump were president. The same day Republicans called on the Department of Justice to investigate the Bidens’ millions in payments, DOJ arrested their Republican colleague over trumped-up tax charges concerning an allegedly errant couple hundred bucks. Democrats play for keeps, while Republicans for some reason still can’t figure out what year it is.

It’s been eight years since Democrats openly used their political power to upend every norm in the playbook. They filed impeachment charges on the first day of Trump’s presidency. They spent years contesting presidential elections. They are sweeping elections with low-quality absentee ballots. Their cronies are turning domestic disagreement into domestic terrorism, targeting Christian pro-life moms as “extremists” who warrant surveillance and curtailment of online speech.

If Republicans can’t figure out what era we’re in and how to stop the left’s destruction of self-government, our country is toast. Republican voters figured this out good and hard when the Russiagate hoax was unraveled. Why can’t their representatives? It’s long past time for Republicans to start using Democrats’ standards against Democrats until they agree to play fair.

When Democrats were pushing for impeaching Trump, the source of the fabricated dossier — used as a pretext both for the Obama administration spying on the Republican presidential nominee’s campaign and later for impeaching Trump — told Congress that Don Trump Jr. merely talking to a Russian lawyer indicated treason.

Fusion GPS head Glenn Simpson testified: “[T]he issue with the Trump Tower meeting, as I understand it, is that the Trump people were eager to accept intelligence from a foreign government about their political rivals and that is, you know, I would say, a form of interference. If you’re getting help from a foreign government and your help is intelligence, then the foreign government’s interfering.”

Again, apply this to the Biden family’s “business deals,” and Joe Biden should have been impeached as a traitor the day he took office. According to Schweizer, many of the Chinese officials who paid Biden family members were connected with high-level Chinese government intelligence.

“[T]he Biden family received some $31 million from Chinese businessmen with very close ties to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence during and after Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president,” Schweizer documented in his 2022 book, “Red-Handed.”

Is the same true about Ukrainian payments to Hunter Biden? A 2020 U.S. Senate committee report said those “illustrate serious counterintelligence and extortion concerns relating to Hunter Biden and his family.”

Although the suggestion will surely prompt howls from the uniparty, it’s an entirely fair question whether and how any of these payments have affected Biden’s foreign policy that includes proxy war with a nuclear power. What do Ukrainian officials know about the Biden family’s years of financial dealings in their famously corrupt country that the U.S. president might not want American voters to know? Isn’t it “election interference” to withhold that information from the public?

The Biden administration has committed an amazing amount of American funds and materiel to Ukraine’s war with Russia. That extensive backing may be damaging U.S. readiness for other looming conflicts, such as with China over Taiwan.

Americans need to know what the Biden family did and may still be doing for Ukrainian officials in exchange for Hunter Biden’s well-documented Ukranian sinecure. How many of those American war billions for Ukraine that we can’t trace are going to oligarchs who made payments to Biden family members?

The Biden administration is also ignoring South American drug cartels’ highly profitable war on the U.S. border. That war is boosted by the same Chinese government whose officials also reportedly bought Biden family influence. Funny how foreign payouts seem to manifest everywhere the United States is bleeding out.

It’s farcical for Republicans to demand that the Biden-corrupted Department of Justice investigate the president of the party on whose behalf they’ve been repeatedly ignoring congressional oversight, protecting corrupt politicians, raiding opposition party leaders’ homes, leaving opposition court justices’ homes surrounded, and endlessly leaking lies to media outlets. It’s the height of political wankery to complain for TV about rogue federal agencies Republicans ridiculously keep pretending have any legitimacy and agreeing to fund.

It’s long past time for elected Republicans to take their opponents seriously and — metaphorically, feds — return political fire with loaded guns. All I’m asking is for Republicans to apply to the Bidens the same alleged standards Democrats cynically brandished against Trump.

It’s not that complicated. Here are a few ideas in the right direction that could be refined by congressional lawyers: Tell Democrats no votes for any federal judicial nominees until the U.S. Department of “Justice” enforces federal law against the agitators menacing the homes of U.S. Supreme Court justices. Defunding every department, grant, and personnel member involved in suppressing Americans’ speech as “misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation” is now a non-negotiable precondition for voting on any federal spending bill.

The Biden administration will enforce federal law and deport border-crossers immediately, or Republican governors will send their National Guards to do it. Agencies that don’t respond in the legally required timeframe to congressional inquiries and subpoenas will lose a tenth of their funding for every infraction. The FBI will be broken up into its useful departments, such as child trafficking and drug cartel dismantling, and those departments headquartered in red states like Utah, Florida, and Texas.

Red-state police will be instructed to refuse to cooperate with the FBI on any cases that aren’t of an obvious criminal nature, such as child sex crimes and kidnapping. Republicans will vote nothing else for the war in Ukraine until the Biden family’s business dealings there are fully investigated and published.

Refuse to work with these people or their corrupted institutions in any way until they start manifestly obeying the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection of the laws. No one is above the law, right? Including the Bidens.

Have unions finally figured out that the Green movement is a jobs killer?



Could it be that union bosses are finally waking up to the cold reality that the greatest threat to steel workers, the United Auto Workers, miners, machinists and the Teamsters is the radical climate change agenda of the environmentalists?

The green movement has taken the Democratic Party hostage — and President Joe Biden’s all-in embrace of far-left green policies is wreaking havoc on rank-and-file union jobs.

The United Auto Workers recently announced it would withhold its endorsement of Biden as he runs for a second term. “The federal government is pouring billions into the electric vehicle transition, with no strings attached and no commitment to workers,” UAW President Shawn Fain recently declared. “The EV transition is at serious risk of becoming a race to the bottom” for America’s workers.

My only question: Why did it take five years to figure this out?

What a shock that a union that makes automobiles would have second thoughts about endorsing the reelection of a president who, just a few weeks ago, announced new regulations that are intended to end production of all gas cars within a decade. That’s a death sentence for UAW workers.

Meanwhile, California Democrats have proposed new rules to end the production of nearly 2 million diesel trucks. Has anyone alerted the Teamsters?

These rules would crush unions like Godzilla stomping on a twig. Perhaps the UAW is finally realizing that Biden’s goal is to get all traditional cars and trucks off the road. That’s not going to leave many card-carrying UAW members left to pay dues. Meanwhile, the electric cars and the parts will be made in China and developing countries controlled by Beijing.

To his credit, Biden is only doing what he promised back in 2020. He declared war on energy and the combustible engine — and yet the union bosses endorsed him. Most amazing was the United Mine Workers and some of the Pipefitters unions endorsing Biden. Apparently, they weren’t paying attention to his stated goal of shutting down every coal mine in America and most oil and gas pipelines.

Talk about selling the rope to your own hangman.

Rank-and-file hard-hat union members are on to this gambit — which is why most private-sector union voters went for former President Donald Trump in the last two election cycles, even as the union bosses endorsed and gave tens of millions of dollars to Hillary Clinton and then Biden.

Even now, as Biden cozies up to the Sierra Club and Greenpeace and places a metaphorical blade at the neck of the blue-collar union workers, the union bosses are reluctant to call for a divorce with “lunch bucket Joe.”

After acknowledging the threat that Biden posed to the livelihoods of tens of thousands of union members, the UAW’s Fain warned that “another Donald Trump presidency would be a disaster.”

How? Union workers saw huge job and wage gains when Trump was president. Fain even muttered some disingenuous mumbo-jumbo about getting behind a “pro-worker, pro-climate” agenda for the working class. That’s an oxymoron.

This isn’t complicated. The leftists’ religious pursuit of “zero emissions” leads to a green holy land with no smokestacks, no power plants, no cars, no trucks, no steel mills, copper mines, pipelines, gas stoves, air conditioners, airplanes, nuclear plants, washers and dryers, pesticides, plastics, or cows and other livestock.

Oh — and as we sprint to a new post-industrial-age America, with no need for blue-collar unionized workers. The green “degrowth” movement isn’t about creating prosperity for union workers but about putting them on unemployment lines.

It’s good news that the Big Labor bosses are finally expressing some doubts about what the climate change agenda means for hard-hat workers. But if they keep working to elect climate change crazies, the demise of our union workforce will be swift and brutal.

Below is my column in The Hill on the continued media blackout on evidence of influence peddling and corrupt practices by the Biden family. The coverage of the recent disclosure of dozens of LLCs and bank accounts used to funnel up to $10 million to Biden family members captured the growing concerns over a de facto state media in the United States. Under the current approach to journalism, it is the New York Times that receives a Pulitzer for a now debunked Russian collusion story rather than the New York Post for a now proven Hunter Biden laptop story.

This week, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) tried to do the impossible. After he and his colleagues presented a labyrinth of LLC shell companies and accounts used to funnel as much as $10 million to Biden family members, Donalds tried to induce the press to show some interest in the massive corruption scandal. “For those in the press, this is easy pickings & Pulitzer-level stuff right here,” he pleaded.

The response was virtually immediate. Despite showing nine Biden family members allegedly receiving funds from corrupt figures in Romania, China and other countries, The New Republic quickly ran a story headlined “Republicans Finally Admit They Have No Incriminating Evidence on Joe Biden.”

Joe Biden Peddles His Worst Lie in Front of US Marines During Japan Trip



Joe Biden has spewed numerous lies, some bad, some not so much. There is a difference between a grand slam and a base hit. But this lie is probably the worst for many reasons beyond political gain. Using your dead son to score points is unseemly, especially in front of US servicemembers. During his Japan trip, Biden once again declared that his son Beau, who died of brain cancer, died in Iraq. That’s patently false. Beau wasn’t killed in action over there or the victim of an IED. He died stateside from brain cancer, but Joe keeps trotting out his dead son to channel his inner G.I. Joe, maybe even goading the press to attack him, so he can pull the “I’m a Gold Star parent” card. Again, he can’t do that because he’s not one, nor will he ever be in the case of Beau Biden (via NY Post):

President Biden told US forces stationed in Japan that his son Beau perished in the Iraq War, a video obtained exclusively by The Post reveals — after the president stoked questions about his own mental acuity by making the same incorrect claim at least twice last year.

“My son was a major in the US Army. We lost him in Iraq,” the 80-year-old president said during an informal visit with troops at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Thursday.

The traveling press corps, which has faced repeated access issues while covering the nation’s oldest-ever president, was kept far enough away that the remarks were inaudible.

The White House press office did not put out an official transcript, almost allowing the error to escape public notice.

Biden said in October of last year that Beau “lost his life in Iraq” and claimed the following month that Iraq was “where my son died.”

In fact, the president’s son died of brain cancer in 2015 at the Walter Reed military hospital in Bethesda, Md.

Even The New York Times called him out on this fabrication last year, though it was buried in the piece. It was about some small campaign stops in Florida ahead of the 2022 midterms, where Joe “fumbled” on the stump [emphasis mine]:


President Biden verbally fumbled during a campaign swing in Florida on Tuesday, confusing the American war in Iraq with the Russian war in Ukraine, and then he fumbled again while he tried to correct himself, misstating how his son Beau died in 2015.

In defending his record on inflation, Mr. Biden was trying to blame rising costs on President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia for his invasion of Ukraine, which has roiled international energy markets. It’s a point that he makes regularly in public speeches, but this time he mixed up his geography and history.

“Inflation is a worldwide problem right now because of a war in Iraq and the impact on oil and what Russia is doing,” Mr. Biden told a crowd during a speech at O.B. And to suggest that Beau dying of brain cancer is like the brave men and women who died fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan or in the aftermath of this suicide attack is just shameless.

Stop lying about your dead son. We know how he died—and it wasn’t in Iraq.

Walk before you run: How Biden’s tumble disqualifies him from 2024 bid


President Joe Biden is 80 years old. That alone should be enough information to conclude that he should refrain from running in 2024. However, if one still wasn’t convinced, then the video of him falling at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation today surely should hammer home the point.

It is genuinely sad to watch any 80-year-old fall like Biden did today. The video alone, absent political implications, should summon sympathy and prayers that the person is OK. A fall like that could do real harm. However, this all becomes doubly true when it is someone like Biden — who is consistently on the biggest stages in the world and is the single most powerful person in the world. To see the leader of the free world in such a fragile, vulnerable state is a hard pill to swallow.

And it is important to recognize that this is not the first time something like this has happened. Last year, Biden fell off his bike while in Delaware and approaching the press, and at the start of his presidency, he fell multiple times while going up the stairs of Air Force One. Additionally, while speaking, he has oftentimes sounded legitimately confused and is sometimes just unintelligible.

The problem is likely just going to get worse. If he wins a second term, he will be 82 years old at its start and 86 when it is completed. Comparing Biden’s fitness for office in 2016 versus just four years later in 2020 tells us how much more downhill it could go by 2028 — at the end of his prospective second term.

To fulfill the responsibilities of the president of the United States requires a unique focus, alertness, and ability to handle stress. After all, the commander in chief is tasked with regularly making decisions that change the course of history. But it is clear that Biden is just not up to the job. This is not his fault, of course. Hardly any 80-year-olds would be. But, it is important for him to recognize this, just as most of the country has, and step aside in 2024 for the country’s good and for his own.

This is the first time Biden has been seen in public since he took a bad fall at the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony in Colorado.

And he’s seated in a chair.

Biden falsely claimed he cut the deficit by $1.7 trillion.

Moody’s already debunked this lie.

Joe Biden claimed he “took office four years ago” during his address to the nation.

He also took a shot at Trump.

“We’re all in a much more fiscally responsible course than the one I inherited when I took office four years ago. When I came to office, the deficit had increased every year the previous four years,” Biden said.

Biden continued, “Ya know, my dad used to have an expression, he said, ‘Joey, don’t tell me what you value. Show me your budget, I’ll tell you what you value.'”

Joe Rogan didn't hold back during a recent podcast, calling President Joe Biden a 'c@nt' for a career full of lies and international corruption. Rogan also condemned the establishment for holding former President Trump to a different standard.

Rogan was replying to guest Theo Von, who suggested that the president's handlers are to more blame for the sad, decrepit, national embarrassment Biden projects.

"It’s not cool to old people to do that to them," said Von, to which Rogan agreed - but argued that Biden is lucid enough to understand what's going on.

"He kind of does, and he’s kind of a **** ... He's always been a ****, though. You go back and listen to that guy lying about his education record and lying about his accomplishments and — like, he’s always been a problem."

"All the f------g stuff with his son and the ties to Ukraine and China and the money. The family, they got paid millions of dollars and everyone was trying to obscure it because, ‘Well, better than Trump. Better than Trump,’" Rogan told comedian Theo Von, adding that he "can't take it anymore."

"If that guy was a Republican, they would be up his ass with a microscope."

"I mean, it’s wild stuff, man. They even got the FBI involved in telling Twitter to censor the information about the laptop. It’s crazy," Rogan continued, adding: "The media is overwhelmingly left-leaning, and if you have a left-leaning politician or a left-wing Democratic politician, and then you have this media that essentially works to support that person."

As we noted last week (via Summit News), Rogan also went off on companies for pushing transgender clothing.

“People are going ‘ENOUGH, ENOUGH.’ Stop shoving this down everybody’s throat. When I go to Target I don’t want to see like **** tuck pants, like they’re designed to help you tuck your ******…That’s not normal, I don’t want that right in front of everybody. It’s weird," said Rogan.

“Target lost billions of dollars because they tried to have this pride selection. They had all these like pride children’s shirts,” Rogan emphasised, adding “this Bud Light thing with Dylan Mulvaney, they’ve lost $20+ billion.”

Rogan continued, “Can you imagine you’re just gonna send a **** can to a confused person that ‘Day 365 of womanhood’ and you send that person a **** can with their face on it and your company loses $20 billion?”

Burisma Owner Allegedly Recorded Biden Bribe Convos As 'Insurance Policy' -- And FBI Covered Up: Grassley



Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday dropped yet another bombshell in the recent spate of Biden corruption headlines - that the foreign national who allegedly bribed then-VP Joe Biden kept seventeen secret recordings of both Hunter and Joe Biden as an 'insurance' policy.

According to the Washington Examiner, that foreign national is Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky.

Two of the recordings are allegedly between Joe Biden

"The 1023 produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings," Grassley said during a speech on the Senate floor.

"These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot. The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden," he continued. "More than that, the FBI made Congress review a redacted unclassified document in a classified facility. That goes to show you the disrespect the FBI has for Congress."

So the FBI covered up the claim that Burisma's owner had secret recordings between he and the Bidens as an 'insurance policy,' according to Grassley.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware is handling the ongoing federal criminal investigation into Hunter Biden. It is allegedly up to U.S. Attorney David Weiss, a Trump-appointed holdover, to decide whether to indict the president’s son. In February 2021, Joe Biden asked all Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys appointed by Trump for their resignations, with Weiss a rare exception.

“What is U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to the high-stakes bribery scheme?” Grassley asked Monday.

Sources previously told the Washington Examiner that the Burisma owner discussed an alleged bribe of $5 million to Joe Biden and of $5 million to Hunter Biden, according to the paid FBI informant who said he heard this from Zlochevsky. The sources said Zlochevsky said he believed it would be difficult to unravel the alleged bribery scheme for at least 10 years because of the number of bank accounts involved.

Zlochevsky’s alleged reference to Joe Biden as the “big guy” appears independent of the apparent reference to the now-president as the “big guy” by a Hunter Biden business associate during negotiations with Chinese intelligence-linked businessmen. The China-related reference occurred in a May 2017 email not made public until October 2020.

The FD-1023 includes allegations from a confidential human source that the head of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, hired Hunter Biden to serve on its board in order to use his father's influence to stifle an investigation from then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin into the firm. Shokin was removed from his post in 2016 and the FD-1023 indicates that two Biden family members received $5 million each for their trouble.

Also on Monday, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devin Archer, demanding he sit for a deposition this week according to CBS News.

In a letter to Archer's attorney, Comer wrote that Archer had "played a significant role in the Biden family's business deals abroad, including but not limited to China, Russia, and Ukraine."

"Additionally, while undertaking these ventures with the Biden family, your client met with then-Vice President Biden on multiple occasions, including in the White House," he continued.

Archer's potential testimony to the GOP House Oversight Committee is a significant milestone in the congressional probe. Archer served alongside Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine energy company, beginning in 2014. During this period, then-Vice President Joe Biden was deeply involved in Ukraine policy, an era when his opponents say the energy firm was involved in corruption.

An independent forensic review of Hunter Biden's laptop data by CBS News confirmed hundreds of communications between Hunter Biden and Archer, specifically, emails that suggest working meals were arranged before or after Burisma board meetings. Archer is widely believed to have facilitated Hunter Biden's entry onto Burisma's board. -CBS News

Meanwhile, and we're sure it's unrelated, Biden had to cancel meetings today to take care of a sudden 'root canal.'

I am just finishing up the book "Laptop from Hell" by Miranda Devine of the NYPost. It sheds a LOT of light on the Burisma stuff as well as even more on the China activity of Hunter, Jim, Joe, Bobulinsky et al.
