Good morning fellas

Still steadily dropping weight.

Scale says 213. That's 40lbs.

Still got a big ol belly but the hair on my inner thighs has grown back since they're not rubbing when I walk. Would like to go down another 40. Feeling better than I have in many years. Nobody's noticed. I spose it doesn't show much tho.

Pork & Beans... bush baked beans with a big handful of smoked pork butt mixed in... and a jalapeno... 😟

It was the feet this morning... now it's the broom again.

He is a well-traveled, sophisticated pooper, er, I mean... pupper.
