I disagree, but do believe they should be heavily regulated. I think think they the can alert people of options to discuss with their doctors.

And who's going to regulate it? The gov't? They're all in big pharma's pockets... which is why they are allowed to advertise.

There's NO reason for it. Pharma already gives doctor's kickbacks for prescribing their crap... which should be illegal.

Actually, yes you did. You need to ketchup. Ebay and other 3rd party seller prices were crazy over the summer.

In other happy Friday news, I find myself with a spare house this morning. If anyone's interested in relocating or perhaps a summer home, or even a winter home if you're a masochist, Valparaiso translates to Vale of Paradise. Just sayin'.

Well, I could use another house on occasion but thats kinda a long drive. Been about one year since I had a second house headache.

Happy Friday folks. Lookin' like a nice stretch of mid-70s coming next few days.

Good Friday Morning to All! It's 33° on the way to 59° today.

Going to my Chevrolet dealer to finally get a chip installed that operates the parking function. GM deducted $ off the list price so they could sell the truck and deliver the feature later. My dealer says GM has many parked vehicles waiting for a critical part, that has to be a PITA in the cash flow.

Wifey found a bottle at a specialty market, but I appreciate the offer!

Question for all you Sriracha eaters... Do you keep it in the fridge or not?

I refrigerate but should be good for a few months if you do not

I refrigerate all my opened hot sauces. It's an everlasting debate in hot sauce forums/groups.

It can take me years to get through a bottle. I figure refrigeration will slow the degradation of the product. Shelf life between cabinet and fridge as far as product safety should be negligible. If it's going to spoil, the fridge for years isn't gonna save it. Also depends on how the sauce was made - fermented, brined, pasteurized etc.

The two pounds of shrimps I bought for tomorrow I thought were tail-on. They are, but also shell on. So I gotta do some peeling to make cocktail shrimps.

Told wife I'd make shrimp tacos for dinner, I don't need 2lbs of cocktail shrimps. She said she won't even try em and I can't make the boy eat "nasty ass shrimps". Mind you, wife has never eaten shrimp before.

Yep. Fridge.

Love me some sriracha. Best mix of just enough heat for me and a good flavor.
