65 right now, but overcast and feels pretty cold to me.

I'm not sure that the old adage about your blood thinning in a warmer environment is true, but I damn sure feel colder here. My theory is that it has to do with the moisture in the air. The humidity makes the hot feel hotter and the cold feel colder.

Chick-fil-A app is on a 12 days of Christmas gift giving spree, it seems. Been getting a gift every day in my rewards. Frozen lemonade yesterday, brownie the day before, mac-n-cheese, waffle fries... and today it's a chicken sammich.

Guess I'm having a chicken sammich for lunch.

Mornin Ya'll... Rainy cr@ppy day here..

Saturday Mornin so the Mrs. got to get her fix of Dr. Poe.. Vet, Doc.. I don't know what she see's in the medical work on animals? I was turned off the first episode of one of the Vets Fisting a COW... been there done that IRL and it's messy... "Bloat" when the sidewall of a barn holding corn gave out and 5-6 cows come down with it... another episode had them artificially inseminating Horses.. No Thanks!!! 🤦 btw she also pre-records her soap opera's daytime TV shows... How bout some Two & Half men episodes Honey!!! Boxing over WWE, Drag Racing over Nascar, Fishing/hunting over Golf... NCAA Basketball over NBA, Collage Football over NFL... I'll spend my day working on Chit in the Garage!!! 🍺

Yeah, that show went to sheit when Charlie Sheen left. It was good for the first few, like you said... then got stale... and then went to the crapper.

Christmas list purchases are complete, hung out with a good friend and his grandson shooting the $hit for a few hours, laundry is done, bills paid, Team Viewer session to get my Mom's tablet email app "fixed." The most common problem with computers, phones, tablets reside between the device and the chair and the I Dee 10 Tee error.

Bengals beat the Vikings. So far so good. Time to settle down and watch the Lions vs Broncos. I hope the Lions lose but it prolly won't happen (shrug)

I the bar high for my weekends.

Tacos for lunch tomorrow. Prolly do some honey garlic chicken thighs in the crock pot with jasmine rice and veggies for supper. As I think of it thinking of it, we haven't had ribs in a while. (Mental note, buy some ribs and toss them in the freezer for future cooking).

A really nice 48/78 sunny day on tap here. The wife really enjoyed the Cirque Du Soleil last night and I survived for 90 minutes. Prolly wasn't as bad as waterboarding.

Heavy rain and flood warnings all day. Slowed enough for Tank to do his bidness in the back yard, but he ran right back to the house.

Might try the walk after noon when it's supposed to slow or stop raining for a bit.

He had breakfast... I had breakfast... scrambled eggs with blueberry English muffins covered in strawberry preserves, so I got 2 fruits in one meal!

Woke up to the cat screaming like he was being skinned alive this morning. It was because one of his water bowls was empty.

Got up and put him downstairs where he continued to yell. Went back to bed for an hour then let the dogs out and fed them. Big dog pooped little dog scratched at the door to come in and promptly chit on the living room carpet. Kicked little dog back outside and she's screaming like I skinned her alive.

I'm real close to getting the shovel and digging a big hole out back.

Lazy morning. Draining four inches of rain from the pool.
Waiting for the teenager down the block to carry 14 bags of mulch for me to finish of 4" mulch in all ours bed- NO WEEDS!
Bagels and cream cheese for breakfast.
Lazy football watching day thereafter through SNF; maybe on the vherf.

I was informed by the Mrs. today is her attempt to trim up our shelties.. So I set the table up and will assist at holding them still on said table, while she runs the sheers.. 🤦 "insert rolling eyes here"

You are inhumane! That is the equivilent of making newborn babies work in Nigerian salt mines, 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, with no food, water or breast milk!

This is why immigrants aren't coming to the USA to work any longer.

After initial great success on making huevos rancheros, the next two times they were a disaster. So much so, am apprehensive in trying them again.
