I don’t think Bill goes quietly into the night (…or fishing boat…).

To Kipp’s point about “E-go”, Bill is so close to the all-time wins record that he’ll continue to chase it until he gets it. The question, in my mind, is whether or not Kraft wants Bill to get the record as the NE coach or he’s okay with him attaining it somewhere else.

One thing I’ll say is that Bill is GREAT when he’s doing things other than in-season press conferences. I really enjoyed him during the “NFL’s Top 100 of All-Time” show and more recently when he was on College Gameday for the Army-Navy game.
