I’ve enjoyed this Cammy across all vitolas and I think it is a terrific price at about $2.25 per stick

Wow, this one isn’t a bargain basement special. I’ve got to reach deeper in the pocket to try this one.

Decent 4.5 x 60 Habano crafted by Nestor Plasencia. I like Plasencia brand very much and though this one is a cheaper label, it’s still pretty good at this price

81254 - RoMa Craft CroMagnon EMH

Just read that this blend is changing. Namely the wrapper going from a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper with Cameroon binder and Nic fillers to a PA broadleaf wrap with Sumatra binder and DR/Nic fillers.
I'm a big fan of this stick guess I'll be buying some up for the long haul just in case they blow it.

81256 San Pedro Nicaragua. They’re ok. Just a plain one trick cigar. I bought a box of these hoping for manic a couple years back or so. Smoked it driving it’s fine for that purpose.

Rated 92 and 93 I think. I’ll have to research it. I wonder if they’ve changed the blend since then. Hard to imagine that it was rated that high. I know what you guys say about ratings and I do keep that in mind. This one was ok, the last third had a loose draw and got really hot. I probably won’t buy more. I must say though, I enjoy the petite perfecto vitola seconds. Great midnight snack.

81259: Cuba Libre Gordo 4.5 x 60
Beautiful little BP Honduran Gordo, hefty but comfortable w/good MF. Kicks of light pepper and sweet, not strong sweet but very pronounced like red fruit. Second third transition to more earth and leather w/occasional salty savor and a hint of hay, a bit toasty with buttery thick smoke. I think this is a good one.

Pretty sure the ratings are based off how much money they give to the company doing the rating. Kind of like Rolling Stone and music. In the case of Rocky Patel, I'm pretty sure they keep Cigar Aficionado in business these days. Can't say I've ever tried one I liked

^JGRAZ seems like getting involved in a discussion about a cigar on this forum is more reliable than the “experts” at CA.

81269 Dumbarton Sobremesa robusto grande from Jakethesnake.

Easy top 5 cigars I've smoked this year so far. Wow. I've not explored Sakas new stuff mostly because the price. Seems they may be priced appropriately. I chalked it up to name/hype. Read a lot of praise as well as negatives. I think the guy is a giant douche but goddamn this is a good cigar.

Tastes like a well aged smoke. Creamy, sweet, very mild pepper in my sinuses. Nutty, caramel, rich spices, just all around everything I want in a cigar. The profile changed significantly throughout the smoke while all staying within my wheelhouse. This has to be aged there's no way this isn't at least a few years old.

I will definitely be picking up more of these. I ordered a sampler so i have one single left but ill grab a fiver next time i fjnd em on sale. Thank you JTS.
